I absolutely love this location. Every time I go in I am greeted immediately with a genuine smile. Every employee has been so pleasant to interact with. My tires are always taken care of in a timely manner. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Les Schwab because of the excellent customer service, workmanship, and company philosophy. I always feel taken care of.

Across all industries and businesses, it's hard to find a better company to deal with than Les Schwab. People are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and, most important, genuine. You can tell their attitude is real, and not some corporate mandate to act friendly.
And I like how they play the long game with customers, knowing that doing the right thing now will help you make an (obvious) decision later.

I was cautiously driving on my errands with very low air pressure in a tire. I went to Les Schwab, went for a walk and returned with tire fixed and nail removed. Everyone there was helpful and courteous.

This location is the absolute best. We had a flat today and they were kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. They drove out, repaired the flat and then we drove the car in and they fixed it for us. It is refreshing to have a business that cares and always provides excellent customer service. Car troubles are the worst and never expected, and it is so wonderful to have a dependable neighborhood resource. Thank you so much.

Wow, fixed a leaking tire that I didn’t even purchase here at no charge. I’ve been back several times for various leaks and other items. What a great place to do business.

The staff was helpful with tire selection. Changed tires on my Subaru Crosstrek on June 18. Managers answered all my questions and were very polite. Also replaced 4 tires in an hour. It's very fast!
My wife and I are satisfied and will always have our car serviced here. We recommend this place!

Having a rental car and needing to replace a tire is NOT in any way a good Friday. AJ took care of finding a tire suitable for the rental agency. He gave us updates, and took care of the situation as quickly as possible. The staff was kind and professional. Thank you!

I took my car in for snow tire install in January and it’s been a comedy of errors ever since. The next day, I got a flat tire. So I came back, and then I was told that the tires they installed 24 hours earlier were bald.
Ok, I guess the tech overlooked that. It happens. We do the changes.
They neglected to install my hubcap with the new tire, so I have to get that taken care of later. Now I’m really starting to doubt the thoroughness of this team.
Now I’ve got a tire sensor light on, so I come back again. They say the sensor is out - either they broke it, or they missed it somehow. I turned down that service.
Fast forward to today, someone flagged down on the road and said my tire was “shaking up and down.” So I took it in to a different shop, where they told me one of my tires was on BACKWARDS. This shop fixed it for free and found a few other things that need attention.
TLDR: this shop had many errors on a simple tire swap, each of which was extremely preventable and potentially dangerous.

Staff here go out of their way to make sure everyone is acknowledged and waited on right away. Will was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my tire chain issue, offering me several options.
