On 6/14/25, I had gotten all my tires replaced at the 3rd st Corvallis Les Schwab. That day, I was helping my gf pack up her dorm and move her things. I wanted to get new tires before the big trip. I was able to drive back to her dorm, but after packing up the car, I drove about half a mile and discovered my Honda had a flat tire on the front passenger side. Although this happened, Les Schwab went above and beyond to remedy this for me. I was very impressed and grateful.
I pulled over and noticed my flat tire at 4:20PM. on a Saturday and called the 3rd st Les Schwab right away. The representative informed me that my tire was still under warranty, and they would either attempt to patch it or get me a brand new tire as courtesy. They asked me if I was able to drive it to the shop at all, but my tire was really flat. I told them that I had a donut, but that it would be a real hassle to get to it because the car was packed to the brim with stuff from the move, and underneath it all is the hide trunk with the spare tire. The only problem was that the 3rd st Les Schwab told me they didn't have anyone available with a repair truck for me currently. They suggested I call the 9th st Corvallis les schwab to check if they had someone available.
I called the 9th St. Les Schwab, they told me they would need to reach out to their tech to confirm they could allot time for me. They gave me a call back shortly after and sent a tech out to me. I had been able to get my car to a 7/11 parking lot on Monroe St, which was a bit of a drive from the 9th st Les Schwab location.
The tech they sent out, I believe his name was Joshua, was a super nice guy. At this point, it is around 4:40PM. He inflated the tire to see where it was leaking. He explained that it looked like the new tire got siped a little too deep, and it caused it to leak and thats what caused the flat. I also asked him if he was concerned about the White powdery ring on the tire, and I asked him if that meant the tire was worn or priorly used. He said no and that it was just that brand of tires always gets this white dust on it during manufacturing. He then rubbed it with his finger to show me, and sure enough, it came right off.
He told me he was going to go bring me a new tire as he didn't think this would patch well and hold up over time.
He went back to the shop and got me a new tire and siped it too. We were getting lunch at Cafe yumm near where the car went flat and Joshua called us to let us know when he was on his way back. When he returned, it was around 5:35PM. He replaced the tire for me and was my hero. I really appreciate his knowledge, honesty, integrity, and politeness. He was a real nice guy and made me feel informed of everything that was going on and reassured me that he could get us back on the road so we could finish our move. I asked him if he was an on call employee, but he said he is a shift employee and that he had been working he had since that morning but was happy to help. I apologized that this made him stay after hours but I told him how grateful I was for his help. I appreciate his honest work.
Joshua deserves a raise and some recognition. He was a real kind guy and provided excellent service and reassurance. He turned around a poor experience and impressed me with his excellent service. I am a very happy customer. Even though this was close to closing time for them, they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I super appreciate all the help. We were able to finish making our move thanks to them. I've driven about 500 miles since then, and these tires are great.

Craig went out of his way today to help me find some valve cores, this would’ve been a huge hassle anywhere else, but he stepped in to save me money and set me up for success. More people should be like Craig!

We drove down 1.5 miles (out and back) of gravel road. As we headed from Falls City into Corvallis we started to hear a squeaking noise in at least one tire. Concerned because we had already had multiple tire issues on our week long trip, we pulled into Les Schwab to get it checked out.
Thanks to Carter, who went on a test drive with my husband he was able to figure out the issue. It ended up being a couple rocks stuck in the back brake/rotor space. He checked all tires and the rotors to make sure they weren't warped. Luckily nothing was too damaged and we could continue safely on our journey.
Carter was knowledgeable about vehicles in general and not just tires. He didn't even charge us because we're Les Schwab customers and they didn't have to repair anything. He was kind and respectful and hard working. We were so grateful for his service.

I came here just to get my escooter fixed. I was working on it since past 2 days. Thanks to Jake for being so nice and quick. It hardly took him a minute to resolve the issue. And it finally got fixed.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Enrique at this Les Schwab. My whole family and two dogs were stranded far from home and our destination when our brakes went out in our motorhome. Thank you all so much for taking the time and your very hard work doing same day service that got us all safely back on the road. Les Schwab is smart to keep thoughtful, hard working Enrique! He was kind and patient with my grandson and the experience was a Blessing that will keep us as Les Schwab customers for life. Give that man a raise!

They fit me into their schedule, for an oil change, brake check and tire rotation. Their price was affordable and they finished the service quick. Super nice people, totally recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE.
Traveling in an RV and we got a flat tire on our rig. While we were searching for a tire center, Chris from the 9th Street store pulled in behind us and helped us out tremendously. He got our tires taken off brought us to the tire center had it replaced brought us back to our rig replace the tire had it all set up for when we went back to get the next three tires put on our trailer we were in and out in less than 3 hours. Amazing service by this young man and the Les Schwab Tire Center. Highly recommended. Then, the other two rigs that we were traveling with decided that they wanted new tires in the next town, found a Les Schwab Tire Center, and got new tires on their rigs as well. great service all around. I hope someone from Les Schwab sees this review and gives Chris a bonus or some kind of employee acknowledgment. What a great employee to have. Thanks again, Chris. Michael and Barbara

Extremely poor customer service, lady at the front desk desk was short and very rude for no reason. made me feel really uncomfortable I decided to take my business elsewhere I have never experienced such rude service

This tire shop is a den of snakes. They charged me $140 for a mount and balance (last time was $90), underfilled my tires, and didn't even manage to park in all the way in a parking space when they were done. They also tried to upsell me on a $75 service where they cut grooves in my tires. No bull, all bullsh1t.
I'm curious what path someone needs to take in life to become the kind of person who can't even do a decent job selling tires. What a rotten organization.
Added note, idk who hires these techs, but half of 'em can't drive a manual without stalling it *five* times on their way around the parking lot.

My tire inflation light came on. The great guys at Les Schwab immediately checked my tores and found a screw in one if my tires. They repaired it immediately and free of charge. Got that pesky likghy turned off! Thank you!
