Right after my accident my car it was towed here and I was in too much pain and distress to properly think of a good place to tow and the tower said this was best place. It definitely was not. The service my dad (the owner of my car) and I received were the worst. Kimberly is extremely rude and unpleasant! She was not wearing a mask, many workers were without masks. She tried to give my dad a contract to take my power of attorney and was trying to trick me into giving her my car key to perform work without my dad's consent and without insurance approval. They claimed they needed the key to move my car, but my car could not be driven because the entire front was destroyed so it made no sense to ask for the key. They also claimed to have all the paperwork from the insurance agency to work on the car but after my dad spoke with the insurance that was not true. After complaining to the insurance of their extremely rude behavior ans their pushy lies we decided to take the car elsewhere.. I spoke with a local rental place when they inquired about where my car was for record purposes and I told them of my experience and that we would be moving the car. The rental place told me that every experience they have had with Kimberly has also been unpleasant and her rude attitude and harsh demeanor has made them very uncomfortable with her. My dad also spoke with State Farm and was told similar things about other clients' experience with Kimberly. I'm sure there are very nice people who work here, and I'm sure you all do great work, but you need to get rid of Kimberly, her customer service is horrible! If it weren't for the nicer woman I spoke to before leaving then I would say never take your car here. I didn't get her name but she was blonde and a lot more patient and understanding of this horrible situation.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. They are not called Main Auto Body anymore though. They are now called Caiber Auto Body.

I went to get an estimate from main Auto body and when I try to get a copy from them nothing was done I wasted my time . It was a claim from my insurance in two different times and the second time I went back again to get a copy nothing was done they told me because the insurance told them not to give it to me I will never go back to main Auto body .They do what the insurance told them to do not what the customer ask , I will not recommend main Auto body at all.

I cannot say enough good things. After getting an accident I was able to bring my car in and get it repaired in a reasonable time. I was updated throughout the process of price changes, new parts being added, and when the vehicle will be done. The staff was AMAZING and when I picked up my car I was shocked by how great it looked. They clean, waxed, and replaced my license plate cover (all of this free of cost). If you're on the fence about where to take your car for repairs, GO HERE TRUST ME!

So the first time I used Main Auto Body was probably back in 2002 or so? They helped with an insurance claim for a totaled vehicle. So while I wasn't as involved w/ that process, it seemed like everything was handled very well and it all worked out positively for us.Recently though, I had an issue w/ my 2005 RX330 where the top moulding was coming loose. It started to become a constant issue every time I'd take it through a car wash. So I ordered the OEM parts for it thinking one of the auto repair shops I use in Bend or Corvallis would be able to take care of it. They both said that wasn't something they could help. The guys in Corvallis recommended Main Auto Body so I started with giving them a call to explain what I wanted help with.They said I could stop by anytime and they'd give me a free estimate. So i few days later I was able to stop by, they were very friendly at the front desk, had me pull in to the covered area and then w/in about a minute, someone came out to see what I needed.The guy who helped me was super helpful. Checked out what I had going on with the old moulding and saw how i just wanted to swap out the old moulding w/ the new moulding. Then basically just took care of me on the spot! Got some cleaner to make sure the adhesive would take good, and took the time to rotate the moulding both ways to make sure we'd get the best fit possible (turns out there was a better way to do this).And then about 20 minutes later, we were all done! Said there was no cost! I was thrilled w/ that :DBut more than the fact that he got me taken care of at no cost to me, it was the fact that he took such care in the process. I could have seen paying more to have a mechanic do this and if they didn't know what they were doing, i could see them just making an assumption.But here he took them time to really make sure he was getting everything lined up right, pressed in correctly, triple-checked everything. So he gave me the kind of value I'd expect if I were paying for top quality service, but w/out even charging me for it.Made me look forward to the next time I might need to use them for some other service. Really appreciated how they took care of me and would certainly recommend anyone needing their services to at least start w/ a call and see if they can help.

Great work! Great customer service! A couple days ago I got into an accident, my front bumper and passenger side mirror were all broken. Garrick helped me when I got the shop. He not only focused on how to get the work perfectly done, but also helped me to save money on the fix! It is an honest local business, they did awesome work on my car.

Main Auto Body is not trustworthy. Things were stolen from my vehicle while in their shop. I noticed right away when I picked up my truck that the ash tray was missing. Yes, they stole my ash tray full of quarters along with my sunglasses, bluetooth adapter, and tire pressure gauge. When I immediately brought this to their attention, they claimed that I was lying because they don't remember seeing those things in my vehicle. Even an acknowledgment and willingness to look into it would have meant something. The whole experience was infuriating!

Their customer service was exemplary. They made the whole process easy, went into detail of what would be happening and the list of repairs needed, constantly updated me with the progress of the repairs and even had my car done a day earlier than expected. The repairs were great. I hope to not have to see them again but I will certainly recommend it to anyone in need.
