I requested the new 2025 military grade phone specifically for the waterproof feature as my work makes it an important feature for me. I was told there was only 1 left and I would be given a discount price. Of course I was pleased but a bit confused. It turns out I did not receive the correct phone but a 2024 Moto G Power which they no longer sell, no surprise now. I called Metro and they said a district manager would return my call, this didn't happen. I called again and while the call was on file they requested I stay on the line again to resolve the issue. I work 6 days a week and couldn't do that again that day. I would suggest there is no question they knew what they were doing and wanted to offload an old phone. I will continue to follow this up and am relatively certain there will be no reply to this post from the store to make this right. What a crappy thing for someone to do to a 10 year Metro customer just to clear their inventory.

I had a fantastic experience at the store yesterday, thanks to Dylan, the associate who helped me. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. His customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear he truly cares about making the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting when he’s working—you won’t be disappointed!

Brought in a phone that I bought from marketplace to have activated and was told that it was locked and was useless and I had been taken. Bought a new one and headed home. BOTH OF THE EMPLOYEES BOLD FACED LIED. The phone I brought in was locked but by metro so it could be activated. I will be returning the phone I purchased so in the end I was taken.. by metro employees who work on commission. NOT COOL.

Needed a new phone as mine got destroyed. Was unsure of what to get and the two workers were both very helpful and provided me with description of the phones and were professional and kind! My kids got a bit rowdy and they were extremely patient! Thank you for your service.
