I was lured in with the scent of cinnamon and pine wafting near the door. It was being exuded by small bags of pine cones that have been suffused with Cinnamide. I picked one up and sauntered in.For an Arts and Crafts store, there were what seemed like a million captivating displays near the register, and Jacki greeted me warmly while ringing me up. She explained the sale on the item I was purchasing and gave me a warm farewell as I left.

Pretty good little store although I would have like to find some single brushes for acrylic paints so you can get what you want but didn't see any.

I came in to get a package and they were RUDE, unhelpful and just wanted to argue with me instead of help me. I will not EVER shop there, pick up a UPS package ever again. I also filed a complaint with UPS. Our city is small and Brink and Mortar stores are going away, the last thing you want to do in this smaller city is to drive your customers away.

I don't shop here often but always have good experiences with friendly staff and good (if pricey) selection of items.Recently, though, a couple of employees really went above and beyond to help me find a particular type of flower that was supposed to be in stock (according to online inventory), but I couldn't find it. Thanks to the efforts of both employees, including one who spent about 10 mins. tracking it down, I did find it!It was a less than $5 purchase, so I was especially impressed that they went to so much trouble. Thanks:)

This review is not ALL of the employees just one who was working tonight named “Zaira.” My friend and I were running in real quick because she needed something. They close at 7 it was 6:45, now I understand it’s not the best when customers walk in when you’re about to close, but the first thing Zaira said was “we close in 15 minutes.” They said this very abruptly and my roommate kindly said “we know what we’re getting we’ll be quick!”Then it wasn’t in the area (diamond paintings) that it was originally in a couple of days ago. We were looking around for it then I saw Zaira and said “can I ask you where the diamond painting things are?” And they said back to me “oh I thought you knew where it was,” in an extremely rude and snotty way.I was shocked that an employee would say this so I did make a pretty confused and kind of disgusted look because to be honest that did not make me happy. Then it seemed like she realized she messed up and started saying “oh no no I was just kidding, I like to tease etc, we move things a lot…” Then she left us and my friend got the diamond painting and we were walking up to the front and again she said very rudely to a customer “we close in 8 minutes.”Like I said this is not towards any other employees or the store itself. I have always had pleasant experiences here and the gal at the register tonight was super friendly. It was just the one experience that didn’t make us too happy with how it was handled. Overall she did show us where they were and gave us options to different ones online. But this was after the whole “I thought you knew where it was” situation. I appreciated the effort but it definitely seemed like she was trying because she knew she messed up.
