The customer service was amazing! I came in need of a large amount of composition notebooks for a workshop facilitation the next day and Matthew Martin the sales advisor went above and beyond to support me with getting the items that I needed. I'm soooo grateful that this sort of service still exists!!!

I went to OfficeMax to buy the latest TurboTax. I asked a computer specialist if my Mac can run the software. I was told that OfficeMax did not work on Mac. In short, even their computer system expert did not know if the latest TurboTax software will run on my Mac.

I have had great customer service this week from Ezra!! He really helped me in the copy center. He explained the costs and the options to bind or punch holes, etc. and was very helpful when I made an error, and rectified it right away when I came back in. He was honest about how long it would take, and offered me the store phone number to call him when he was working, in case I needed to add some files to print; and even quoted the price Thank you! These young people always seem to be busy, but have always been helpful.

Really bad customer service. Unpleasant man said he was too busy to answer my question and said he would call for another to help. I stood there for a long time and he never did call for back-up. Hiring more people or giving customers less "attitude" would greatly help your company...

We purchased a Lenovo All in One Desktop computer on Friday night, since they only had one left in stock and it was the floor model we decided to purchase the computer that night. Only because we were guaranteed the full warranty on the device. They advised that we would have to pick it up in the morning and that was fine. I've come here for multiple printing projects and the employees who have helped me have been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have never been busy, and always spend a lot of time personally advising me and helping edit my documents so they come out as best as possible. They also always advise me as to the most cost effective options. I highly recommend this location.

My experience with this OfficeMax location has been fantastic. They have gone to great lengths to work with me. When they have not has a product in that I was looking for, they have ordered it. When their shelf price is higher than another price that I show them, they have price matched. In particular, the print center staff is absolutely fantastic. They have worked with me on many occasions to get outstanding results in my printed materials. Keep up the good work!

If my review were to be solely based on my initial visit today, there would be no stars... and I would not be returning again. I did have to go back to the store, as I needed to make an exchange, and the service on my second visit today was great. There are no names on the receipts, so I can't give credit to the blonde woman who somewhat redeemed the store this afternoon. As for the other 3 employees I interacted with today, I have nothing good to say about my interaction with any of them. I'll be going to Staples next time.

The woman at the checkout counter was very rude and gave me a dirty lLook when I asked her to clarify a statement she made regarding a gift card special they were running. No customer service skills! Also, everything is over priced- other than ink, I left with nothing I planned on buying today.
