Not long ago I took an old famliy heirloom mechanical watch to Olufson's for repair, removal of a poor substitute for a cut stone that had been lost from the design of cut stones that decorates the watch. Everyone I spoke with, from gemologist to sales staff, was pleasant, helpful, and had excellent suggestions for what could be done to replace the lost cut stone, and how to resolve a separate issue. I was given an estimate, the work was done promptly &, to my eye, very well & expertly done. My final bill was the same as the estimate. I was impressed with the variety of jewelry available at Olufson's. Should I have jewelry that needs repair or work, I'll take it to Olufson's.

Olufson designs did a flawless repair of a beloved pendant in just a few days (I paid for a rush repair). The pendant was ready when they said it would be, the staff were professional and courteous, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Thanks!

Excellent experience ordering custom ring. My husband and I bought his wedding ring 25 years ago from Olufson Designs. Due to weight loss it literally slid off and was gone. After searching it became clear he would need a new one. He chose a slightly different design this time. I ordered very close to Christmas time and they immediately reached out to let me know it wouldn't be to us by the 25th (I didn't expect it would). When we realized the size I ordered would be to small, I reached out and Kendra coordinated the change. The ring came beautifully wrapped and in a custom box. I'm so happy with the entire experience!

I had a couple of necklaces that were all tangled up and needed some work done. I brought them in and was greeted by Paul who was very kind and helpful. Lita helped started getting my necklace untangled and was also super friendly and kind. Ultimately Dana the goldsmith was able to untangle both of the necklaces in no time at all and also was able to exchange the clasp on my special necklace. I appreciate all of their knowledge and help and will definitely keep this place in mind next time I need a jeweler!

Working with Lita has been a wonderful experience for me and my fiancé. Her communication is great and we’ve been able to find just what we’re looking for. We appreciate Olufson making the process smooth. I’ve also come in often for ring cleanings and it’s free and very fast. Beautiful jewelry and we highly recommend it!

I'm so unhappy with the service and had to get the piece fixed elsewhere for extra cost. The design was so pretty but flawed and they won't fix it and then lied to me about it.

We had an amazing experience looking for a ring for my fiancé. Top notch service in every way. They did a great job of learning about her so they could then educate us in order to let us find our way to the perfect ring. And the way they presented it to us when it was done being resized and having the stone set was very special. That whole thing was just such an amazing experience and I’m very grateful for all of you guys down there at Olufsons.

I got got a beautiful opal pendant from olufson's as a gift for Christmas. The Gold filled chain that it came with we were told would last a very long time. It wasn't even 3 months and it started what looks like rusting on the clasp. The gold also tarnished. We took the necklace in to see if they let us exchange and buy a better a 14 karat gold chain they said they couldn't do that. My partner was misled about how good this chain was. Very disappointed and misled.

They told me sizing was included in the price. I said I’d return for resizing. Then they wanted to charge me $135 for resizing and replating where it was resized. Just know this when you buy a ring.
