As usual I had to return what I purchased. The item in the box was damaged, And clearly damaged. I struggle with this company because of this alot and normally won't come here.If you're looking to fix this problem then can I add... Maybe start spending the same amount of time reviewing this and check your items before you give them to costumers? Clearly the package had been opened but as I was told bye your sales team. It made it clear back to Vancouver then was reshipped out damaged. No one threw this whole process looked at the product?

Actually the best auto parts store in town. Staff are super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy parts or accessories.

Daisy and Tabby were amazing. I went in for some help with my car to fix a not so straight forward issue and they went way above and beyond to help me get it figured out. Daisy even came out and helped me problem solve. I highly recommend this place for their personable, sincere, and over the top care. Thank you guys for all your help!!

The store was well organized, Staff asked me if I needed help right when I got inside. They also knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me right to the location. Very friendly service would definitely recommend O'Reillys they've been great to me over the years.

I never even knew that we had an O'Reilly in Corvallis. We do.I was talking to my mechanic about an item I wanted him to do when my vehicle was in for service. My mechanic suggested I just go to O'Reilly. My mechanic said they could help me figure out what part I needed and even help me install it or just install it for me. Sounds good. It's across town, but off I went.The store was clean and tidy. There were a couple staff members, and one offered to help. I think her name was Erin. She wasn't immediately able to locate the part based on the numbers I had brought in from the part. She came out to my vehicle with me and had a gander. We went back in, and she pored over the computer trying to find the right part. She did find something that looked close, but it was chrome and not quite right. Rather than just have me wait, she offered to keep looking and call me when she found something. The entire experience was pleasant. I felt valued. Their staff wanted to make sure I got what I needed the first time. They didn't just want to sell me something and shuffle me out the door. They smiled. Yep. They smiled.I will go back when I need some auto parts.Thank you for treating me kindly, for smiling, and for looking for the part I need. More retailers could learn from this example.

Myke was very helpful and friendly. He even helped jump a customer that was stranded in the parking lot. The part I need will be in first thing in the morning, cuz hes awesome. Hey corporate! Get my man an extra employee or two, hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Im not kidding. Or give him a raise.

Erin is amazing. I needed my battery replaced and she made it happen. Great customer service and super friendly and helpful. If Erin hasn’t gotten a raise, it needs to happen.
