Convenient for Returns, But a Major Risk for Valuable Shipments
This is a wonderfully convenient place for dropping off packages from various carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, all in one stop. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It is great when everything works out, until it's not.
Unfortunately, I learned there's a trade-off between this convenience and the security of your shipment. I recently dropped off a time-sensitive, high-value (over $2,000) FedEx Next-Day Air package, only to they have it picked up by the wrong carrier. The package didn't appear in the FedEx tracking system for 20 days, during which I was certain it was permanently lost.
Had it been lost, filing a claim would have been incredibly complicated, as FedEx never officially had possession, and this location has limited liability for drop-off services. The ordeal required numerous phone calls to manage the fallout from the delay. While I acknowledge I could have avoided this by going to an official FedEx office, the risk wasn't apparent beforehand.
The staff here remained helpful and friendly throughout the stressful situation. I will still use this place for standard, low-value returns. However, I strongly advise against dropping off high-value or time-sensitive shipments here. For those, it is much safer to go directly to an official carrier office.

Great customer service from Luka! I really appreciated his patience as we worked through getting a package sent. He remained calm and helpful despite a growing line and earned Pakmail a repeat customer. Thank you!

Fantastic place, good service. Walked in with a bag of stuff to ship to a friend of mine and a box was found that fit it really well, Taped and shipped within a short period of time. Much easier than visiting the local USPS office.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service at Pakmail. They go above and beyond, and always do so with a smile. And I hardly ever have to wait in line, and I always trust my packages will arrive to their destinations on time and intact.

Chris runs a 5 star operation totally committed to outstanding customer satisfaction regardless of the circumstances. As a result of Yellow Trucking's recent bankruptcy, Chris flew to Chicago, rented a truck, and personally delivered my shipment to Fairfax, VA. Corvallis should be very proud of the service Pak Mail provides.

I used to bring in my usps packages several times per week already labeled and drop them off. I was told today that I was an inconvenience and that I filled their cart and that they didn’t make any money from me dropping off my packages and he wishes I would drop off at the post office (which is at least another 20 minutes round trip). This should be a neighborhood friendly customer service oriented business but I guess not. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

Very helpful staff that got me on my way quickly!Review update. I've been into Pak Mail multiple times since my last review. Don't know if the guy that helps me is the owner or not, but he's awesome. He is patient, efficient, quick, and helpful.Pak Mail offers service thru FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service, finding the best way to get your package where it's supposed to go. It's a great service and they do it very well. Highly recommended.

I love the great service and the wonderful selection of stamps they have available. A great way to get both passport pictures and the application started, rent a mailbox, and laminate anything I can think of!

Love the great service and all the extras! They have a wonderful selection of stamps, I even got my "eclipse" and "star trek" stamps there that I still have to this day. When I have to send a package, but don't know the best carrier or price, they show me all the options and I pick the best one for me and where it's going. The card selection is terrific too and I like that I'm helping to support local business people in these tough times. Thanks Pak Mail!
