Not sure who cut my hair, but she was in a huge hurry, and left a lot of long hairs. She said it looks that way because my hair is so curly. I asked for it all to be finger length on top witha fade, but there are plenty of spots that were left up to a half inch longer than others. Ive had plenty of haircuts and they usually take much longer. I called to get it fixed, but don't want to risk it getting worse. Lots of people have asked who cut my hair because it looks like crap.

the haircut is bad, we chose a photo with the hairstyle I want but what they did for me doesn't match at all plus before that, there were a lot of long hairs among the short ones. it's not particularly bad but during the haircut they constantly pressed their stomach into my shoulder, it's not pleasant

Saw the sign in the window saying ‘No waiting NOW!!!!’ Complete with shouting capitals and superfluous exclamation marks. Thought, ‘great!’ Walked in and asked for a haircut. Got told (at 4:45) ‘Oh, I can get you in about 5:30’. When I pointed out that the sign said ‘no waiting’ and if it wasn’t true they should take it down, the woman talking to me stood there looking stupid, and the other one in the salon thought she should argue with me about the objective fact that what the sign says is obviously not true.

They're rude! I walked in there to ask some questions and they acted like I was disturbing them. The two girls were standing there talking to each other. Ok I'll take business somewhere else. By looking at their reviews you should too.

1st time here today, I called and got a same day appointment. Mary did a great job, as she styled she gave options and checked in we were on the same page for length. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I had a perm less than a month ago. It lasted less than a month. Was informed that it could be for a variety of reasons most of them involving stylist error. Stated that a do over would cost me another 100.00 dollars. Reportedly free do overs have to be done in 2 weeks. That is red icy Lou's considering perms , even the worse one would last at least 2 weeks. To believe I should pay another 100.00 dollars for something that lasted less than a month is ludicrous. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau

Sarah G.Made me feel like I have known her for years . Which put me on ease . Especially with the disaster of a hair do . I created . She fixed it . Made it look amazing. Truly so grateful. She was amazing! Didn't like the first cut so she did a whole other cut and style.. no cost. Very friendly and welcoming! I will be coming back!!
