Very nice facility. Everything works like a charm. Easy to use, ten minutes is adequate for washing, rinsing a 25 pound beagle. Will be back.

I found it hard to get a clear understanding of what this place offers before going. I tried calling several times (no answer), read the whole website, and reviews, but it still wasn't what I expected when I arrived.
It is one giant dogwash machine in a very humid small room. A rather loud all-in-one with a liquid hose and an air hose. Ten dollars gets you ten minutes of the machine. You can choose water (which was too hot for our puppy, it should have been bath temp but it was borderline hot, and there's not way to control this), soapy water, blow dry, or disinfect. Soaps include apple scented shampoo, flea shampoo, and conditioner. The soap just gets mixed into the water hose. There doesn't appear to be a way to just add a few minutes. You have to add ten more minutes for ten dollars.
Lastly, there's a sign saying to disinfect the tub after each use, but apparently that has to be part of the 10 minutes you pay for. If you used your time washing your dog and then want to disinfect as asked, you'd have to pay another $10.
I think if you knew what you were getting and wanted to give your dog a quick wash, AND your dog isn't scared by loud noises, it's a pretty nice option. But for a thorough wash of a medium to large or hairy dog, it'll be $20. Additionally, since there's just one tub, you may find yourself waiting for someone like we did.
On the upside, no dog hair in my shower, and they're open fairly late.

Great spot for a quick dog bath. My dog (4 yo black lab) is reactive due to bad past experiences, and this place was perfect for him as a single use space.
Price is $10 for 10 minutes to begin with, perfect for pups with short coats. 10 minutes was perfect for my lab since dryers freak him out and his coat allows for towel dries to work just fine, but for thicker coat pups that require longer time, you might want to consider other options.
They do offer shampoos and conditioners, but I highly recommend bringing your own items (towel and shampoo) to expedite the process and keep the cost down. It can get a little loud since it shares the building with the car wash, and with the warm water, it can feel a bit like a sauna, but other than that, it was a great experience, and I will absolutely bring my pup back!

Avoid if possible. It is fully automated and TIMED. It is a ridiculously short amount of time, and they ask you to clean up and sanitize but have no tools that aren't hooked up to the machine so you're using the time you paid for.

This review is for the DOG wash. First time going here. Got to the door and was hit by a very strong smell of mildew. It was almost nauseating. Inside was visibly wet with tufts of fur on the ground. We turned around and left without ever going all the way inside. If that smell is always present, I have no idea how this part of the business gets any customers. Maybe they don't care? Because it's all about the car wash? I don't know, but I'm not going back.

I loved the concept! The equipment and everything worked fine. I wish there was a towel to dry my pup, thankfully I brought one from home.

No, no, no. You might be able to get your pup washed and dried in 10 mns, if your pup is 5 lbs. For me, it took me 30 mns, which is 30 bucks (10 bucks for 10 mns) to get dog washed and almost dry. He walked out, let's say, moist. However, the price wasn't the worse thing for me, it was the musty smell of mold. It smells like black mold at that. For a small spot that is going to be wet all the time, they need better ventilation. If you are in a bind and need to go here, do yourself a favor and bring a towel. For me, I'll stick to Wilco. It's 20 bucks, but they provide towels and combs and such, treats too, if you need to keep your pup still. Also, you don't feel rush and you are not trying to beat the clock count down.

Its good, clean, but expensive to wash a double coated dog( lab mix). Spent around $25 to wash and blow dry as it's coin operated and Timed. Could have taken him to a groomer for 30 and saved some back pain. Ended up with a still half wet dog in my car because I didn't want to waste more money than if I payed a professional.

Genius idea to put a dog wash at a car wash lol. All went well, only minor thing was the vacuum wasn’t very strong at all. I have a 100lb GSD with an undercoat from hell and it wasn’t able to do much with it. Other than that, worked great!
