They were very caring and helpful in getting my cat's FIP treatment filled when he was on his last leg. They went the extra mile checking in with my vet and advocating for our cat.
Edit: he survived and is doing much better but still recovering.

Was in a bit of a pinch when I ran out of my cats thyroid medication without realizing and needed to refill ASAP. Pet Pharmacy NW was not only quick and communicative, they filled the script in less than 3 hours and were very kind and pleasant when I came to pick up. Would absolutely recommend for pet prescription needs!

When my beloved feline companion got hyperthyroidism, she had to start a prescription medication to manage it, and my vet chose this pharmacy, which can mail it to Eugene. This pharmacy is excellent, efficient, friendly, great customer service, what else can I say? If you want a great pharmacy provider for your special someone, then this is definitely a GREAT place to go! And incredibly, they have a gazillion different flavors they can apparently make them taste like, like wow, never saw or heard about that before. 5 stars is too low, how about 6 or 7 . . . or perhaps even, a "Perfect 10!"

I live in Corvallis and have 2 senior dogs that have prescriptions formulated by Pet Pharmacy NW.For the past few months I've been out of town caring for a parent on hospice and they have kindly shipped refills to me.Recently, I inadvertently ran out of my 18 year old dogs prescription and pharmacist Gene drove over 60 miles to deliver my dogs medication and ensure he didn't miss a scheduled dose. I can't begin to express my gratitude for the above and beyond service.

I live in PDX and the folks here are just the best. I can get medications for my cats, dog, and even my goats! Their prices are much better than the popular local compounding pharmacy - so I always encourage people to check out the folks here instead. Medications usually arrive at my house next day (never more than 2 days if I order before the weekend) and they make ordering refills very simple.They also sent a really nice card when notified them one of my pet passed away. Such a nice touch and much appreciated.

I had to bring my yorkie in to Willamette Veterinary Hosptial and she needed a special compound medication for her treatment. Pet Pharmacy NW got us the medication that my dog needed quickly and delivered it to the vet hospital for me. We also have refills ready and available when the time comes.Their team was polite, professional, and compassionate. They answered some questions and got everything handled for me. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic customer service! Will go out of their way to ensure an exceptional experience for their customers. They are able to make my pet’s medications in liquid form because he won’t take pills, and they ship the meds right to me. Highly recommend this place whether or not you are local to Corvallis.
