“I give four simply because it's hit and miss sometimes.. I have fish I have had there for years... And then I have had times like recent, where I went through three different batches before I found a healthy batch.. I know that comes with the territory and it's not completely their fault because whatever they get delivered is what they get delivered... I love the customer service that we receive there and the personal touch..”
“Small place, passed it a few times looking for it. A bit crowded but they have a large and healthy selection in stock, from fish and aquarium plants to retiles, amphibians and birds. A bit more expensive but worth it. Great customer service as well.”
“The cashier was friendly and I had to go in four times just for the right size muzzle then a harness. It was a personal stressful trip but a comfortable atmosphere to get what I needed and the prices were in the $70 range”

“Great service by the vet and assistant. They were kind, patient and helpful. The person who checked me into my appointment was pretty frazzled and overwhelmed by the number of people waiting in line. You can tell there were new and didn't have much answers due to their inexperience. Most Vetco locations I've been to over book their appointments and it always takes at least an hour after your appointment is scheduled if not later to be seen. The walk ins are subjugated to waiting even longer. Once they fix this it'll create happier customers and less overwhelmed staff.”
