I like the environment, converted older house - just a cool place for a pet store but more important is the way you're treated there. Dale and Robin and the Animal House rocks. The negative reviews are utter BS, they obviously LOVE animals and take good care of them - who wouldn't if it was your life work.

“Great service by the vet and assistant. They were kind, patient and helpful. The person who checked me into my appointment was pretty frazzled and overwhelmed by the number of people waiting in line. You can tell there were new and didn't have much answers due to their inexperience. Most Vetco locations I've been to over book their appointments and it always takes at least an hour after your appointment is scheduled if not later to be seen. The walk ins are subjugated to waiting even longer. Once they fix this it'll create happier customers and less overwhelmed staff.”

Prices are high, but not really higher than like a costal or wilco. Friendly staff.”
