I asked max to help me pick out a harness for my dog and he stayed with me until the job was done. Even if he was on his way to lunch. The store was short one employee, but handled everything great under the rush at register and back up at lunch.

I had to return some items that I had overbought. The process was smooth and friendly and then they helped me find other stuff that My puppy needed. They obviously love their furry clients and are very helpful to their families.

Great animal loving staff. You can bring your babies (Yes, my?is my baby) in with you, as long as they're on a leash or under perfect verbal control. That means they must stay by your side or in the cart at all times, even when they see the other animals that are in the store. There's a bulk treat buffet that your pet can peruse to find the treats that they want you to buy them, and the toy bins are low enough that they are able to do the same. They've also got a tag engraving machine, so you can make a personalized name tag for your loved one, with many different shapes, sizes, and colors of tags to choose from. If you're looking for a new friend, they have many different types of small animals. Amphibians, fish (salt and fresh water), reptiles, birds, and more. Plus, all the things that you'll need to take care of them. They also partner with local agencies so you can meet cats and dogs that need loving homes

Typically I would reply with 4 or 5 stars as I have always been very happy with the groomers and their service. However, the last time I took Adalae in to be groomed, the groomer (I don't know her name) and her cut was horrible. Very choppy and she did not do Addy's nail and front legs.I was very dispointed.
