Called last week to make an appointment for my dog, then show up and they didn’t schedule the right appointment and had to leave. Then tried reschedule me a week out when I’ve already waited a week and a half. Don’t come here. Not good with scheduling and doesn’t care about your pet or service. Would really recommend going to local groomers. Never coming here again and I suggest others should do the same.

The cashier was friendly and I had to go in four times just for the right size muzzle then a harness. It was a personal stressful trip but a comfortable atmosphere to get what I needed and the prices were in the $70 range

Sarah is an amazing groomer specialist. Very positive attitude with the dogs and dog owners. My husky came out of his grooming session extremely happy!

Pet Smart was amazing, I have had personal experiences with Jordan, Melissa, and Kayla. Each one has been above and beyond what I expected. This is now my go to for pet supplies.

Pretty terrible experience here. Came looking for some clippers for my dog. I asked the girl in the front for some expertise, and she said she didn't know, so she left me in the grooming section to find someone who knew. After 5 or so minutes I could hear her voice in the front again, so I walked over and asked if someone was coming. She said she thought I was "a different customer"??????? So she forgot about me and said nobody there apparently including the groomers had any expertise on the clippers. After blindly choosing a set to buy they then had no idea where the clippers actually were. So I waited several minutes for them to find the set I wanted. I typically don't do reviews on retail stores like this. But when I have a bad experience with every staff member I interact with, I just cannot be silent. I was forgotten about, the employees (including the groomers) had zero knowledge of their grooming products, and they don't know the location of the things they are selling. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have objective knowledge of the products you need, and the location of the product in the store. I would have gladly spent 20 percent more on what I bought at a mom and pop store than deal with this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I don’t know if I have the words to completely describe my experience with PetSmart grooming this last Sunday. My boyfriend and I took our puppy to get groomed by Michelle and he was HORRIBLY treated by Sarah B. We arrived to pick him up, as they called and stated he was ready. We waited close to probably 10 minutes in the waiting area to even be acknowledged and the only reason we were was because we overheard two ladies in the back room as my dog was barking, “oh yeah I’ve about had it with you, (my dogs name) I’ll just do what I did last time to shut you up.” Followed by what sounded like someone hitting or kicking the kennel he was locked in. Sarah then came to the front very clearly trying to lie her way out of something that we very much heard happen stating what we heard was her “placing another dog into a kennel.” (comical considering the difference in sound between the two) then proceeded to condescendingly state that since they made us “so upset” they would comp our visit. If this is how you treat my animal when I am around I can only imagine what goes on when I’m not. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning to PetSmart for grooming or better yet anything. You have completely lost our business.
