The atmosphere is nice, cute, and inviting, with a chic and organized layout that gives thrifted items a new life. The staff is friendly. The merchandise is gently used and well maintained, justifying the prices, which are on the pricier side for a second hand store. Customers find good prices and good finds, getting their money's worth and splurging on items they will have for a long time. However, the process for consigning items is described as exhausting and close-to-impossible for anyone working full time. Appointments are very difficult to book, often booked up for many months, with staff offering only a tiny window of availability and curtly suggesting calling back another time. This makes it unrealistic for potential consignors to devote the required time. Despite this challenge, the store remains a beloved local destination for many regular customers and fans.
LOVE this well-curated resale boutique! It is a regular stop when I visit Corvallis. Owner is wonderful, as is her style and the ambience she has created.
