I got my engagement ring re sized here from a size 9 to a size 7.45. I loved how many in between sizes they have and how you can try in the ring sizer to see what’s the best fit. My ring has a very thin band and they did such a great job. Friendly service and quicker turn around than expected. Will be returning to resize my wedding band!

Terrible experience with this jeweler. He completely misrepresented their capabilities, refused a full refund, charged us $600 for a bad wax carving and then was extremely rude and combative when asked about it. My wife bought me a custom ring for our anniversary that was supposed to have my favorite mountain range on it, when I went to the shop to talk about the image the owner told me he wasn't able to do the whole range like I wanted and could only do one mountain. I reluctantly agreed and he sent the image to his carver who created a piece that looks nothing at all like the mountain in the picture. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

These folks are real artisans. My fiance and I brought our old wedding bands to be melted down and made into new matching wedding rings with one of River's custom designs (second marriage for both of us). River did an impeccable job, and their turnaround time was fast. We love our new rings so much.

I have had excellent, competent and very personable service from River Jewelry. Reasonable charges and very knowledgeable staff. I don't understand how anybody could have a comp[laint with River Jewelry. Corvallis is LUCKY to have this store !!

Would NOT Recommend!!! Rudest people at this jewelry store! Son could not find my ring, and could care less!!! These reviews are fake!! They do terrible repairs and are not a good company!!!

Helpful patient and somewhere I would go back to. Resized our wedding rings. Good price, best I could find. And fast turn around. I could not recoment this store more, for any jewlery repair or to purchase unique one of a kind jewlery, he casts and creates unique rings. Even has local artist painting... worth it.

I loved the service I got from Reed, the owner and his son. Lovely store. Reed designed me my gorgeous engagement/wedding ring. He did it in a very timely manner and very affordable. I definitely recommend this family operated store to anyone looking forward there special and unique keepsake.

They are AMAZING, when I break something fragile they are quick to glue it for me. They custom made a few items and I was so over the moon. They are darn near family. Excellent service. Besides they are tree huggers, what isn't to love about that!

The owner of this shop is so helpful!!! I stopped in to browse a few pieces and the owner does not pressure you into buying things. He is so relaxed and is extremely easy to talk to. I brought my engagement ring here to be fixed and he is honest about the work and reasonably priced!

Do not GO here! These people are very rude, poor quality work in repairs. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! Ruined my jewelry and would do nothing to remedy. Still had to pay!! Owner is not a good person!
