Terrible pharmacy. Bi-mart was great. This safeway does not pick up. Does not fulfill prescriptions in a respectable timely manner. Just gawd awful!

Had to pick up a prescription of antibiotics sent from the ER, when I arrived they had no record of the prescription even though the ER had confirmed it the previous day. The staff were helpful but the pharmacist was incredibly hostile and dismissive when I questioned how I could get the prescription, and when I called the ER it took me putting them on speakerphone with the pharmacist and them forcing him to pick up the pharmacy phone to get it filled, and then I still had to wait an hour for it to be ready after all of that. Genuinely the worst pharmacy experience of my whole life thanks

absolutely awful I've been waiting weeks for my medication, they dont answer their phone or have an answering machine to even leave a message. I will definitely be switching pharmacies and recommend that everyone else does too because this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Location will not answer their phones during business hours. I have tried calling 10-20 times daily over the past several days. I need to have a refill phoned in and I don't have the prescription number so it's just a simple 30 second call to make the request. Now I need to drive in and make the request.
Follow up - I called customer service after being unable to reach the pharmacist. Customer service indicated there was only one pharmacist on staff and one cashier. I took 30 minutes out to drive to and from Safeway. There were three pharmacists working and one cashier. Extremely poor service.

I have always enjoyed this pharmacy but today I called to see if my medication was ready since I have been out for a day and a half. The pharmacy said it would be awhile. I tried to explain how I have been out for a day and a half and before I finished she said ok bye. Last time I went more than 2 days without this medication I had a seizure and had to be hospitalized

I have the feeling these pharmacists are overworked. I do get my rxs on time but I always make sure everything is ship shape. Never had any issues there as I'm seeing other folks say. However, I called to double check something and the person on the phone was so short with me even though I had two quick questions. I've worked customer service primarily, I understand how hard it can be. But damn, every time I come here I'm treated like I'm scum. I only come here because everywhere else costs more.

The pharmacy is the slowest in the whole town none of them really do anything other then stand there and also lie and say it will be ready at this time then make you come in and leave again just to still come back and be told it’s not ready

We are incredibly grateful for Liz's initiative in researching, identifying, and applying for, pharmacy assistance resources for us. She literally saved us hundreds of dollars for a necessary prescription drug. Liz was sensitive to our situation, and took the time to successfully address our financial concern. We are so appreciative of her help, and for the quality customer service she provided!

Atrociously slow.
Ellie, one of the personnel, is especially slow in understanding, processing, and performing tasks. Every encounter with her results in confusion by her, slowness to process actions, uncertainty expressed by her leading to lack of trust and confidence in what she says. Her actions and communications are always accompanied by actions and expressions of uncertainty in doubt, which is not only odd but concerning.
It's very disconcerting when talking to pharmacy staff about important issues such as medications and leaving with a very low confidence of what they're telling me.
Really should think about overhauling how staff is trained and how pharmacy operates, but probably will fall on deaf ears.

I am visibly transgender. I go to this store's deli today, during a lull, and they see me coming, and the entire deli staff start to feign busy work in order to avoid waiting on me..... This went on for several minutes.... No other customers show up.... When they realize I'm not going away without I get what I came for, they finally do wait on me. They are rude and push my buttons, trying to get a rise out of me, which, unfortunately and to my regret, was successful.
