The guy wearing a head covering was so rude to me. He doesn’t say anything, just comes up to my window and stares at me, I said politely to fill with regular, I said thank you. After it was filled he came back to my window and just stood there twirling his keys and staring at me. I said thank you and left. He has done this twice now. I will never go back there. Also he likes to just hang out in his little booth and ignore people.

I pulled up to a the non self serve side thois evening and the man who seems to have an attitude as I I requested for him to run the card in the dog house , which is the little box like building In the center of all the pumps, as he grabs my card aggressively from my hand he demands that it won't put a hold on my card and proceeds to attempt sliding the card in machines. As I stopped him he Actually pulled my card away from me and stated " there's. No difference and that it wouldn't put a hold on my card .....
Now mind you folks he is still on possession of my card holding it above his shoulder basically telling me no that he would not run the card in the dog house.
I was thrown off by his demeanor,and poor customer service, and then I had said , to him of there's no difference then please run my card in the little dog house , I have never been refused this option (ever) so I believe ge wss being very controlling and hostile when i called him out.
Whoever the manager is , o think you should hire me instead considering I'm looks for part time work, and how dare he take advantage of a customer the way he did to me tonight, very disrespectful and very unprofessional in many eyes. He is lucky someone else wasn't at the pump. Considering I was the only vehicle there . ,the employees here are lazy and just sit on their phone , atleast give a slow shift postion to a young man learning skills or an elder with ambition and not some random guy who can't count money and thinks he understands us Willamette folk because he is far off.

I have been using this gas station for 10 years. Always had fast service but today I pulled up guy was on his phone in the little booth in the middle. He came out and was still talking on speaker phone. The whole time he had to ask me 3 times how much I wanted because he cared more about his conversation. He kept going into the booth to talk even though there were 5 cars waiting. And no one who was waiting was in the self serve. Teach people to not be on there phones if they are doing a service job. So if you have a better choice to go then go there.

weird…I went there on NYE because my tank was almost empty, knowing they might be closed. I saw someone inside standing right at the window and there was a guy in the center box thing in the middle of the pumps. So I pulled my car up, hoping he would tell me if they were closed or open, but he just didn’t look at me and kept doing whatever he was doing in there although I’m sure he saw me, I was right there. After a while he walked out, said “we’re closed,” and went back inside. totally creepy imo

The only gas station in town I go to. Every one of their employees are so friendly.

They put a significant extra hold on my card and blamed it on the bank. I don't get extra holds at any other stations, including other shell stations. Be prepared to be gaslit by a teenager if you try to call and resolve it.

There is NO RV Dump site at this station as indicated by Google. The station does not claim to have an RV dump site so they are not purposefully misleading. Aside from that is is a great station with lots of room and one young woman who seems to work there 24/7 that is always helpful and friendly.
