Corvallis has a terrible housing market overall, but Sierra is totally predatory on what are essentially children. If you have any other options use them.

Move in day was super easy and the staff was very helpful in answering all of the questions I had during that time. I am very happy living here so far!

Sierra is overpriced and packages being sent to students are not secure. My daughter had 2 packages get stolen in the span of 2 weeks. Valuable things she needed. Staff is not trained to keep track of deliveries, things go missing. Do NOT recommend. Not worth the price nor lack of security.
