The place had a line and my guy stayed open until 7pm on a Sunday (maybe later I left at 6:58pm and he was helping one last person). I had my internet swapped out before Monday morning.

David, Cory, and Mike were all super helpful. Initially I went in for an upgrade to an IPhone 14 Pro in purple but they didn’t have it in stock at this location. Later that day they got a shipment of the same model in black so I went with that. Cory helped me at first and when I came back later that day David and Mike helped me transfer all my data and get me on a new plan. Appreciate the time David took to let me know about upgrades, plans, promotions and general information about T-Mobile that I didn’t know. Good salesmen but not pushy. That guy could sell cookies to the Girl Scouts. Thanks for the help and I’ll be back when I need the Apple Glasses.

I was there today to change from boost mobile to this company and the best help was this young man Fernando, I'm a hard person to please and after all started in not good way, he finally fix my problems. I 100% recommend him, he have patience, and never dump the problem in to another co worker like one of them did, I like good customer service and you can find it with Fernando. :)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE EMPLOYEES!!!Mike, Calejza, Eric & Tony.Hooked us up with great deals. Great customer service! There was a j*** in there yelling "T-Mobile sucks" and the employees kept their cool. Very professional, while I'm over here fuming! They handled that situation amazing! Kudos to you guys for sure! They explained to me everything I had questions about since we were getting a new phone. I highly recommend going to this t-mobile store for anything you need.

Jimmy, Andrew, and Justin were beyond wonderful in helping us to set up my wife's first account and smart phone purchase. We are an aging couple with limited tech knowledge and simply could not have been able to complete every step necessary without their extraordinary patience and willingness to get the process completed. I give this store and those three employees my highest recommendation.

This truly bunch of idiots can't even count past one on their fumble fingers. They have been sending advertisements through the mail to our house for our grandmother who has been deceased beyond 10, TEN YEARS! What part of being real don't these morons understand? My god, either they have their heads up their asses or they have the Trump Flu! I am hoping they all rot in hell!

I was visiting town a little over a month ago and my mom who is a T-Mobile costumer. I accompanied her to this store and we were attended by Adi who by the way was very nice at first. We went in to purchase a hotspot device. Adi went on saying the hotspot device was half price and that after signing up, my mom would only be charged an additional $20 to her bill, which would help during these hard times and internet can be expensive. Well a month later and my mom's bill was billed for way more than those $20. My mom went to ask what the heck was that all about. She told the gentleman that was helping her who had helped her before and even pointed at Adi. Adi pretended like she had never seen her, then they went on to create a lie that my dad was the one who had signed up for these services and that there was a detailed conversation. My dad never once talked or requested any services from T-Mobile. My mom and I were there two days in a row to deal with them not setting up the hotspot correctly on her account and instead had added it to someone else's account the first day. How incompetent can they be. If they pull up any surveillance video, they can see my mom and I there two days in a row and the first time we were there for two hours. It's infuriating.

The merger of Sprint into T-Mobil is utter chaos. Mistakes have been made that have resulted in high costs shifting to consumers. In store representatives are trying to provide customer service but all authority with the exception of selling merchandise has been taken from them.

I added my sister to my account and had her go to this store to port over her number and get a new SIM card. The line was already added, she was already listed as an authorized user and she had all of her porting information ready to go. I even called before she came in to let the rep in the store know exactly what she needed to do so that she wouldn’t be in the store for long. My sister was in the store for over an hour because the rep Adi had no idea what she was doing, I tried to call the store to speak to Adi to ask what was going on and she hung up on me without saying anything. She was being so rude to my sister. My sister said she kept leaving her to go to the back room. My sister left the store and called me so angry and I felt beyond embarrassed that I even encouraged her to join T-Mobile because this was her first experience. So ridiculous.
