I needed to get a handle for my Bosch dishwasher. The people who purchased the original handle bought the wrong one unfortunately. I talked to a sales representative at this company and spent a fair amount of time finding the right part, the right screws and so on.
The parts team is clearly cares about the customer and knows what they are talking about. The help that they provided was first class and I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

I love that we have this local business in Corvallis. The staff know their stuff and were helpful when our oven stopped working - helping us troubleshoot what was wrong and replace one part instead of the whole appliance! When we had a similar issue a year later, they gave us a replacement part at no cost. Great service.

We purchased GE washer and Dryer 2 years ago and have been very happy with them. Price was similar to other appliance stores but we preferred a local establishment. Our washer had an issue with the door lock and possibly the motherboard :-( Adam their repair tech assessed and replaced door lock and motherboard to no avail. He worked on it well passed quitting time and thought maybe the new doorlock was compromised so the next day came back and figured out where the issues was with the door lock. Very appreciative for his determination to fix our washer. Very Happy with the service and especially Adam's professionalism, friendliness (the dogs Loved him) and explaining what was going on with the washing machine.

I get it! There's not alot of wiggle room on new inventory pricing or service-call rates and like most you have to mark-up your parts to make profit. But when I can get the OEM part (2 day) shipped from GE Direct for $48 and you quote $80 for in-store pick up then I will continue to buy appliances from Best Buy and Kelly's. This is not an isolated issue or scenario. You've over quoted parts with me and others as far back as 2012. Not sure how you've survived this long. Do you want to earn customers for life or bad reviews? The ball is in your court. I'm moving on.

Came in for a dryer part that's normally 10 dollars they tried charging me 54$ for a Samsung part when you can order it on Amazon the same Samsung part for 10 dollars they are a total rip off

After many attempts with failure installing the water filter in my refrigerator, I called Stover Evey & Jackson for help. Felix offered to stop by on his way home from work. He showed me the problem and how to avoid it in the future and, bingo!, the problem was solved! They are always so knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the big boxes. Shop locally and keep them in Corvallis!

We had two great experiences recently one for our dryer and one for our dishwasher. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful even though we didn't originally purchase our machines from them. Virgil was so kind and made a stressful experience kind of humorous. They gave us solid advice and didn't try to sell us anything and for that reason I'll be buying from them as long as I have appliances. Call SEJ for sales, service & parts!

These guys rock, earlier today I went in to see about a crucial part of my dryer that had failed and I left having placed an order for it, expecting to return Thursday when it would be delivered. Maybe 2 or 3 hours after leaving the store I got a call back from them saying that they had managed to find one for me in a different spot and I could come pick it up today. This to me is superb customer service and professionalism, and everyone on staff seemed genuinely stoked that I was able to get my part sooner than expected. I have also always been very pleasantly surprised by the price of the parts I buy from them. If you find yourself in the same boat looking for appliance parts and are considering ordering online I would strongly suggest going in or calling here first. 10/10 local business
