James, the store manager, is a hero! Not only did he help solve a very difficult technology and account issue, he did so with professionalism and tenacity. I truly appreciate his desire to go above and beyond when transferring my number back to T-moblie seemed hopeless. He is a great problem solver and listener. I wish I could give him more stars!

I knew someone that had a great experience here and raved about it. Figured they just liked the company or something. I recently went in and decided to try it out and now I'm raving about this store. It is run well. They will make sure you get the best price for what you want. They don't hide any details and if they make a mistake, they figure out a way to make it better. Glad I found this store. At least go in and chat with them. You'll see what I mean by stellar customer service.

Not the best experience. Manager engaged me in a bait and switch - told me one thing would happen with my bill and then the opposite happened since I did not wait two days for a new billing cycle. Furthermore, no one at the store can actually tell you what your contract changes will be. Also should expect long waits as they can’t do anything without calling T Mobile corporate.

While the service reps were nice, they were not helpful. I needed to return a modem since I cancelled my home internet, and they wasted a bunch of my time looking up my account, while eventually turning me away to go ship it through UPS (they also told me it was a simple drop-off through UPS, but UPS had to charge me for printing). I was explicitly told by T-Mobile I could drop it off at participating locations, and this one was listed. I only used T-Mobile because my old address could not use Xfinity, but I will be avoiding T-Mobile like the plague in the future. It has been such a frustrating experience from day one.

Visited today and i must say they have such an amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. They made sure everything was in working order before I left and I left in a better mood than when I entered. They all deserve a bonus/ raise, I was happy to work with them.

Absolutely would recommend this place to others. The customer service I received was beyond expectations. It can take awhile, but if you allow the reps to take their time they will get you the most bang for your buck.It can take some time, but I have no regrets having waited. The folks here are worth supporting.

I’ve had a wonderful experience since I changed to T-Mobile. I had previously been a AT&T customer and then a Verizon customer. T Mobile has the best prices for my situation and so far very happy with the service. Specifically, the T-Mobile on Kings has been amazing. James was so knowledgeable, so smart and such a great help meeting some of the challenges we faced when we switched over from Verizon. I would highly recommend.

I won't go back here. In fact, I'm probably going to find another carrier after my experience - even if I have to pay more - I'm just so angry at TMobile now. I have been a loyal TMobile customer for years now and I was on a great plan for veterans that I felt was very fair. Went in to the Corvallis TMobile store off of Kings Blvd to get a new screen protector and was convinced by the manager that switching from my old plan to a new plan would give me more features at the same cost... that was all good until I got my bill today - pretty much doubled. Called TMobile customer service and they were great (as usual) but they couldn't help me - I can't revert back to my old plan as it has been discontinued. If I hadn't canceled I could have stuck with it forever. I'm super pissed about this and feel I got taken advantage of by this store. My lesson - buyer beware! Having said all of this, I feel that TMobile is a pretty good company - just don't go to this store. It's best to deal directly with TMobile online or via phone - this is what the rep told me today when I was telling her my tale of woe.

The store successfully got service on my phone set up... at the expense of my sister's service. Somehow they messed up and switched me over to her number first and now she can't use her service, even after allegedly fixing it over call with Tmobile. It was irritating enough already that they set me up with the wrong number first but they didnt even think to fix the number of who they switched me over to first because now my sister's sim is the same as mine and she can't use her own number

DO NOT GO HERE. This store lied to us and got us in a mess of paying $60 more than we signed up for for MONTHS. They always said they would fix the problem and then would never call us back. The manager was extremely rude and tried to gaslight us about the issues. There was zero accountability for the store when multiple complaints were filed through customer care. This specific store said they would pay us back personally and never did. We had to spend hours either in the store trying to fix THEIR mistakes and on the phone with them, only for them to not do anything about it.I went in there hoping to switch to t-mobile explaining that I was a broke college student, and they took advantage of me in multiple ways. They are not a legitimate t-mobile store and customer care is “unable” to hold them accountable because of this. Don’t let their dirty tactics get the best of you. I ended up coughing up hundreds to get out from under them and switch to a different carrier with competent associates.

Local store staff friendly, helpful and service oriented. BUT, company policies, lack of properly supplying local store with replacement Wi-Fi devices and overall fee structure makes T-Mobile not a good value for the money. Overall reliability of device is poor.
