Terrible customer service - incredibly rude office staff. It's like they don't want you here.

Do not rent here. I read reviews before renting and thought that each person had some weird circumstance that they were venting about. I am a great renter and left my apartment pristine and completely cleaned. They will:- increase rent by $300- try to pressure you into renewing your lease 6 months before it is up- not return your full deposit with reasons like "late fee"- not take care of the grounds and there are a lot of dogs leaving their feces around- accept all vehicles and you don't get a dedicated spotAs well as the building is loud. I could hear the person who lived above me cough. Try your best to live somewhere else. It's not worth it.

Just barely less expensive than The Domain with 0 amenities. Small rooms, small closets, no in-unit laundry, super loud building, not furnished, no gym, limited parking, common spaces like hallways are apparently never vacuumed, the mail area is chaos. I do like the amount of natural light in the units, though.

If I could rate lower, I would. With a full fire ban in effect, two building down on SW A Avenue, they have an open fire pit burning. Regularly awakened by rowdy bouts of beer pong, and currently awake because of construction going on after 10pm in the building. Mind you, we moved here from 2,500 miles away and had to rent unseen. However, it was never disclosed to us that we were moving into a frat house with a "student housing" banner out front, with two children and a senior citizen. We discovered that upon arrival despite this company knowing we we're professionals with children and a grandpa on board. They will lie to you up front and on the backside. Support from management is absent and when it is available, it's often hostile. Ultimate review would be 0/5 start but it seems that Google gives them the benefit of the doubt.

These Places are dumps! They are right by active train tracks that comes very often. These places have thin walls. Parking is a huge joke.

Great place to look for housing for your college kid. They have a large selection of units in a number of different buildings. Most within a very short walk of campus. The management is easy to contact and easy to work with. And they are offering some great specials right now!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE 10th STREET STATION. We were shown a bigger and nicer apartment 2 months ago when we were shown what we were going to be paying for. Now we’re just kinda stuck with it. The elevator is sketchy and makes a loud bang and jolts at the second floor (only 80% of the time) on the way down. They say “it’s supposed to do that”. Also there is not enough parking in the parking garage, the parking lot, and the curbsides outside the building for everyone. If you work past 8pm like I do, there will be no parking when you get home. You just have to find a nearby street to park along the side of.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I haven't had any issues with management here. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and the building is always clean.

We had no problems with the management. They were responsive and helpful. If there was some kind of glitch in payment or in getting something fixed it was addressed very quickly when brought to their attention. What's nice is there is a huge variety of types of living units.

GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHERManagement is absent. They’ll screw you over months later sayin it’s your fault. Incompetence is an understatement. No wonder they have 2 stars. STAY AWAY. Just look up how many management changes they’ve made.

I have lived within the 307 SW 7th street apartments for around 3 years. For the rate at first year, I believe that the apartment was really well built. The kitchen was well equipped and we had our own private bathroom. We also had free parking, right next to OSU which was really nice. When I had any issues within the apartment, the management seemed to be able to fix the issues within a reasonable amount of time. However, the rate has gone higher, making it not as competitive as it used to be. Internet and utilities became paid as well. But still, it was an OK deal. What really screwed things over was with the way they handled my security deposit. As an international student, they haven't provided an easy way to get my security check, even though I have stated that clearly before I left. Even when I have provided for them easier ways to get my money, like sending the check to a friend of mine to cash for me, they have only sent $100 to me. Excusing themselves that they mistaken me with another tenant. For 8 months I have been trying to get my money with no avail. Mind you I have traveled back home since then and it has been extremely annoying tracking down my money. But unfortunately for us international students (probably out of state students as well) we really do not have other options for us to live. If you happen to live at the apartment or you have no other options, I would say get your money's worth and do not clean the apartment after leaving like I did. At least you'll get your security deposit money that way.If you have any other option to live in, even at a premium, do it. At least you won't leave with a sour taste in your mouth.
