Don’t forget to refuel or the fees will be astronomical. Office staff was helpful and friendly.

I have gone there for years and the owners never ever change. No matter when you get there the line will be slower than molasses in Alaska. Most often I'd give them 1- 2 Stars. The fact is they never have enough people on duty to take care of LNG fill ups, handle someone with only a few boxes to buy, or someone that is not renting a truck. It seems like every time I get stuck, there is some person who wants to chat about the rental, wants to argue about what they owe, hear all of the options on the contract (because they can't read, I guess), forgets their wallet in their car, has to call someone about truck rental size, .... and the rest of us stand there furious that this silly person is so irresponsible. The staff have been pretty good and are doing their job. The problem is a management office that is likely losing business because they think there is profits in marginal service. Artificial intelligence (AI) cannot save a company like this from itself. What should happen for faster service for rentals is show the person a "needs" hand out. Have them step aside, fill out what size truck they need, the boxes, etc they will require. Do all this prior to going to the counter. The few times I have rented from UHaul I went there after making my own assessment, checking on the web about prices and distances, etc. I have gotten annoyed when the counter person has to explain all of it to me any way. No one saves money going to UHaul or any other rental. Look in your bank account and plan on 25% more than you thought be it for time, mileage or gas. UHaul is not going to give you slack if you end up stuck in traffic behind a massive accident. Do your bargain hunting at home, estimate the cost plus 25%, and go rent. Home Depot has better deals on boxes. It took me years of renting cars on trips to just say, "give me the contract, I need to get going". I check the boxes and leave.

The manager was very helpful. He helped me fix an unrelated problem with my brake light wiring when installing a trailer brake controller. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I will never use U-Haul again in my life. Rented a truck Saturday. Broke down in the driveway entirely full so we couldn’t get to Habitat or dump before EOD…crappy, but happens. Cue the worst customer support experience.18-25 min hold time with roadside (lord help someone if we were in an accident). Ask for call back. Get call back in 35 mins. 90 min dispatch time for roadside. It’s now 630pm. Chat with bot that is useless in app. Corvallis branch can’t do anything.Dispatcher confirms it’s broken. Have to call roadside back. Hold for 20 mins. “Your message has been recorded” and call disconnects. Go on hold another 20 mins. Have to get home to our dog and now can’t wait for tow truck. Extend rental to Monday and schedule tow truck for 10am. Take work off. Tow isn’t scheduled of course. Wait 2 hours.Use PENSKE. If you have an issue with the truck you will regret it.Absolutely horrendous. Will never use U-Haul again.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service. Uncaring, condescending staff who could care less that your stressed, angry and frustrated. The story... I reserved ( weeks in advance) a 26 ft moving truck, the biggest they had, for a cross town move in Corvallis. I checked in the day before using the on line app for driving license etc. Arranged pick up of truck for 10 am to miss the early morning rush and to allow an hour until the moving guys I had hired were due. Apron presenting myself and asking for the truck I had reserved, I was told that they had rented it out already and didn't have another....."But I reserved it !" I said in disbelief, " yeah, sorry about that, another branch extended the rental" ...." But I reserved it! " I repeated in greater disbelief, ....." Yeah, sorry about that, it shouldn't have happened...... we have a 20 ft you can have..okay ? " Now I had estimated that we could get our house moved in one trip in the 26ft and have the moving guys for 3 hrs @ $100 per hour, in a 20 ft we have to have another trip, and cost at least another hour... "No!" I said ....."I reserved a 26 ft and I need it, you will cost me at least $100" "Well," they said, "since you didn't get the truck you reserved, we will credit you $50" Looking pleased with themselves and like I should be grateful.... Now I am mad....." No, I want the truck I reserved" They looked perplexed and went back to their screens, " There is one in Albany you can have" " Fine I said, when can you get it here, my movers are coming in half an hour..." " Oh no, we have not got the staff, you have to go get it"..... " What! That's a 20 mile round trip, are you at least going to credit me mileage, that's an additional $20.." " Oh no we can't do that" looking at me like I was admitting to being a child molester.... I was really mad now and began using colorful words that were overly descriptive and probably anatomically incorrect. Frustrated and angry with no time to do anything else ( and these smirking Troglodytes were fulling aware I was helpless) I took the 20 ft truck vowing to never ever use this place again. As expected it cost me another trip and $100 in movers charges. The next day I got an email from U-Haul customer care apologizing for my experience and they awarded me a $15 gift card, redeemable at any U-Haul. I replied that they could keep the card and I would share my experience at any and every review site I knew....

Don't try to call this location for any information. The assistant manager didn't even know that they were a corporate store and didn't know that uhaul sold vehicles or how to find them. I was referred to this location because they were a corporate office and would have any information about uhaul that I would need. The assistant manager(self described) answered the phone and was completely ill-equipped in the head for this position as she had to ask the coworker next to her for every answer that I asked a question about. I asked to speak to another person because the interaction was going south and was told by her, "What? So you can ask them the same thing?" And then hung up on me.

If I could give less stars I would. Brent the manager was nice and polite. We were asked by Uhaul to take a trailer up with our rental and drop it off in Washington as a favor to Uhaul. They offered to pay us back $50 when we dropped it off at our selected drop off location. When we arrived to drop the trailer we were told we had to drive it to another location violating the original contract. The phone transport people were useless and told us they would charge us money if we dropped it off at the original agreed upon location. We then drove it to where they told us to take it and we were informed they could not take the trailer. It took four Uhaul locations and hours of my time. I would rent anywhere else if you can. They totally sucks.

We rented a trailer to move from one house to another. They were fantastic. We booked it online. Came in and it was ready to go. We got a new ball to tow with and we were on our way. Drop off was just as easy and fast. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Online pickup does not work. Videos have options that aren’t actually there. Customer service call thinks 15 min wait is a 1 hr+. On hold music is way too edgy. They have a primary call answerer who just transfers you??? Tried selling more rentals when the original didn’t even work??? How hard is it to email the lockbox and code???

I refilled my 20lb cylinder with 4.5gals for $17.75. I noticed their Blue Rhino exchange cage was resupplied. Virtually everybody else's cylinder exchange in town is out of stock after the July 4 holidays... but maybe it's because they're charging $24 to exchange, while Winco is charging ~$18.
