Great friendly service. I had the experienced gentleman with salt and pepper hair. He was that honest kind of friendly, and made things SO fast and easy. My second experience with the same person and the same easygoing interaction. In and out in 5 or less each time. Thank you!

This UPS store is awesome. The employees are fast, hard working, and extremely helpful. They were very patient while my fiance and I figured out what we really needed and were even more helpful when it didn’t go exactly right.

The employees were very friendly. I needed to return an item, not knowing how to do it. They went step by step with me to make sure, not only to make sure the package will be delivered correctly, but also making sure that I knew how to do this latter, if need be

The staff at the Philomath BLVD location are always extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience in my many trips in to mail a package or an Amazon return (which I imagine they see many of and are likely annoying).

I live in N.J. but needed to utilize The UPS Store to protectively wrap, box and ship items I inherited when my mother passed away. I called The UPS Store at 5060 Philomath, Oregon and left a message about my situation. Sean, the owner, returned my call in less than one hour and reassured me that I just needed to have all the items driven to them and they would indeed protectively wrap, box and ship it all to me here in N.J.. Having a human, not to mention the owner himself, call me back in N.J. was above and beyond reassuring that everything was going to work out despite the fact I am on the opposite coast from Oregon. Kudos for The UPS Store at 5060 Philomath, Oregon and specifically Sean, the owner, who told me they have been handling dilemmas like mine for over 15 years!

didn’t even bother going to the one on circle and dealing with the headache. just came to this location and they were so lovely and was out in 5 minutes for my boxes i needed shipped.
