This is the worst US Bank branch I have ever done business with in 20 years of banking with US Bank. I have been lied to numerous times by the staff there. I had a safe deposit box at this bank for years and suddenly they charged me 2X what I had been paying in the past because they did not automatically discount me %50 as US Bank had been doing for nearly 20 years as a perk for military service. When I inquired, I was given the run around for 2 months. Finally I closed the box account and was told that the prorated rent would be reimbursed automatically. Another lie. I will never do business with this branch again.

Service was Crappy. I will be in Tuesday 1/23/24 to close one of my accounts. Their fees have pushed this account into the red. About a $1.48. The other account will be closed as well when the CD runs its course. Going to a local Credit Union. To the owner- THIS ISN'T A COMPIIMENT smart a__

I always have a great experience at this branch. The tellers and bankers are wonderful. US Bank has been good to me. I would definitely recommend them. Anytime I've had to call, the phone representatives have been great too. US Bank increased my credit limit without even asking, just for being a good customer & paying my credit card on time. No other bank has treated me so well.

Stay away from this branch. Very rude tellers. Happened to be at the door at 9:02 and they weren’t open yet and then the lady who opened the doors didn’t bother saying a simple greeting but to the man behind me she had no issue saying good morning. Not sure what I did? I don’t think I was rude or anything ??♀️

Hours of operation for lobby is 10-4. Drive through opens 9:30 as of 6/24/22. Seems to be the least convenient bank that I bank with if you need to go in the bank or the drive through. Sure online banking is great, but when you deposit more checks than is allowed online, have withdrawals that you can’t do online, title payoff etc., the hours are inconvenient. On the positive, Customer service is always great

Lobby closes early. Drive thru at 5pm but it is the SLOWEST drive thru you will ever go through. I've been in line 2 times by 4:30pm, only a few cars behind. They are so slow by the time I get to the window it's 5pm. They don't bother to say sorry, we are closed, the shut the drapes in your face.

I have had a huge problem with US Bank and their reliacard. It took me 4 months to get my unemployment checks(Not US Banks fault) but once the funds were sent to this bank, i could only draw out part of the funds per day. Then I sent my debit card thru the cloths washer and it was ruined. Called for a replacement card and after 2 weeks called to see what was the problem. I reapplied and paid an extra $15 to expedite a card and finally got it. In the meantime, I had NO access to the funds . Not a friendly system!!

My husband went into the 9th street US Bank hoping to be heard. He wanted to address the overdraft fee that was pending. He saved the screen shot of the account showing positive funds and attempted to address it with the bank manager Rebecca. She refused to look ? at his screen shot and said that her computer says the opposite. He wanted to address the discrepancies on the app and why this keeps happening. My husband recorded the entire conversation. This apparently angered the bank manager. She deactivated my card and my husbands card. I called the customer hotline and they gave me her supervisors name and number. I am going to call him tomorrow. **Update**
My husband called the customer service hotline and Rebecca wrote in a statement saying my husband cursed at her and slammed her phone at her! Not true at all he has the entire encounter recorded. Now my account is closed all together and her supervisor is backing her up without even talking to me or my husband! That is totally insane! I’m the original account holder and have been a loyal customer since 2004. That was not customer service and definitely not their 5 star ⭐️ service guaranteed!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union.

I've been banking with U.S. for 11 years. Never had a complaint, even directed people to bank with them. Over the past 3 years I have used this bank in particular, I live in a different town so it wouldn't be my personal main branch. I avoid using this branch as much as possible. There is one particular teller, that has been there at least the full 3 years. I assume they are a full time employee, because they are there every time I go in. They have given me a hassle on everything from my appearance, to breaking regulations with deposits, to getting change for my work (I bank with you, I don't have to give you a reason why I need smaller bills). All incidents are isolated to a couple times, which leads me to believe that someone is having a bad day. This branch is encouraging me to close my accounts with them. I manage a business, and I don't recommend US Bank to my customers. Especially since this branch is in such close vicinity to my business. I highly recommend a customer service evaluation or training course.
