We pay 100+ for 6 months box rental, today marks the 5th known time that they have not allowed assess to the box side in ,the last 6 months. Again someone dropped the ball and didn't unlock the dots. The computer sign in window said it's accessible 7am to 8 pm but at 830 am it's locked up solid

Of the three times I've been there, staff has always been very nice and willing to explain things to me.
Fully stocked with a variety of package types. There is a little table that has free packing tape for priority mail, and they also sell it. They also have pens.

The ladies that work here are really nice. It's great to have this little post office annex on this side of town. I have never had any issues with them.

Rude staff. They will yell at you. Came in 10 min before they closed to drop something off in the Dropbox and one of the staff PHYSICALLY put her hands on me to guide me out of the door while yelling "you're not here we're closed" while there were still people in line.

It's a fine post office. Don't go during lunchtime, and the lines won't be crazy. If you just need something shipped and it's already packaged, use the self-service kiosk that's to the left when you walk in. Staff is super friendly.

This is the first ever yelp review I think I've ever written and for good reason. I've been next in line for nearly 30 minutes because the credit card machine isn't working. I literally just want to drop off a package and get a box for it and there's only one person on the register. Ridiculous and sad

I rent a PO Box at this location, for almost a year now, and 3 times they have handed me a package for a different box number and with a different name (they're obviously careless and don't pay attention). In addition, 4 of my packages have been lost (confirmed delivered by the tracking number) and I can't help but wonder if they have given my packages away in error. I can't wait for my box to expire so I can transfer to a different location. Most of the staff is friendly but I have a lot of orders delivered frequently and I can't afford to keep losing packages. Not all senders are willing to refund or replace the shipments.

The worse post office I ever been to , it should be called the most unorganized, rude office instead of the post office. Stay away go to the mail center on 3rd Ade between 13th n 12th street . Way better , way faster and great costumer service

I wish I could rate with 1/2 star. This is the worst post office. Lines are always painfully long and slow. There's also a sign on the window where you present the orange slip for picking up packages stating to get on the regular line. How stupid !!!! Stay away from this dump.
