Madison and Eli are wonderful! I have a unique situation which turned out to be my disadvantage. Madison and Eli tried everything they could to get it taken care of and in the end, it wasn’t the exact outcome we wanted, but I was able to walk out with a new phone regardless. The time they took to help me out was so appreciated and I will be going back to the Circle Verizon store for any future needs. Thank you both!!!

They say that the third time is charmed. That's exactly how many times it took to set up my phone correctly with this store. It has also not fixed my earned rewards from Christmas yet. I still have not seen my 70 inch TV or my Xbox. Whats the hold up? When you offer a promotional deal, please fill the deal. So we finally ran into an amazing guy who fixed my phone connection. Sold me a new phone on an extreme promo I might add. I'm so happy with this phone. It's the bomb. Anyway, please get the TV and game system sent

I was helped by Chase and Wesley and they were a great help! I had to get set up with a new phone, new number and new plan with no trade in. They were able to get me a good promo which priced out fairly reasonably. They also put on the screen protector I purchased which was very helpful! Would recommend stopping in if you need to start fresh with a phone/plan. Thank you!

This particular Verizon Authorized Retailer has gone through several transformations and we have been going there for at least 8 years. There have also been replaced changes, but Santi has been there for awhile. He has been a great help on previous visits, to purchase new phones/tablets and to help out if we had a question. He has always been courteous, professional, helpful and honest. He goes the extra step! Thank you again for today!

Wesley was very rude during my visit and even lied about several charges on my account. When I got home, I found two new lines on my account that I never signed up for or requested while I was in the store. Be cautious if this employee is working when you go in because he was a nightmare to deal with.

PHENOMENAL customer service!!! We went in to get a technical issue fixed that had been an inconvenience for over 2 years. Wesley knew exactly what to do and how to help us. He was extremely knowledgeable and advocated for us when phone support failed to be able to solve the problem. On top of fixing our technical problem he also saved us $12 a month on our phone plan.

Chase killed it today. I walked in with someone right behind me while Chase was with another customer. Mind you this was an hour before closing and he seemed to be all alone. He did a great job knowledging we were there and he would be right with us. Chase all by himself, 3 different parties of customers within the last hour and he took care of all of us with a smile on his face. Great employee to have on your crew! Next time I need to be at a Verizon store I’m going to this one of Kings and I hope he’s there to help!
