Pretty good selection of stone for fireplace. The lighting in the building is not too good so made it difficult to decide. The beauty is that you can 'rent' the sample for $10, take it home to see how it will look. Prices seemed reasonable.

What a disappointment. We consistently try to use local resources and businesses, and it's important to us to shop small and shop local. This time we certainly got burned. We are in the process of a total kitchen remodel and wanted to keep our hard-earned dollars in the Corvallis community. The wrong choice, it turns out. After several weeks of concrete sample testing, we landed on our selection. The Corvallis store did not have what we needed in stock but assured us they could easily have it sent to them from their sister store in Eugene - With no shipping charge! WOW! I was over the moon. Until a week later when we hadn't heard boo from anyone regarding the shipment. I called the Corvallis location and spoke with Rob, who previously had a great experience with and .... crickets. He needed to "make some calls and see what's up because he no longer saw it in his inventory." Long story short, they sold the entire pallet to someone else. Here's the kicker- no one even bothered to call and let us know we got screwed. No one even identified a problem and Rob was honestly quite cavalier about the whole situation. No apology, no we are going to make this right, no customer service basics at all. What a disappointment. Not only is the kitchen remodel now delayed, a source we've trusted for years just crapped the bed and shrugged their shoulders. I'll keep using small and local businesses as much as I can, because I believe in it but Willamette Greystone needs to do better.

Really helpful team from office to the crew handling the yard. Not easy to make service work in today's environment, but this group did just that. Suggest skipping Home Depot and just get the materials at the source.
