Recently, my wife and I sold a used truck to Wilson motors for a part of their inventory. They did exactly what they said they would do and they kept their word to the very last letter. Their staff was efficient and very courteous and did everything they could to make our short visit in their store pleasant. If and when we buy a new car or another car, the first place we will go shopping is Wilson motors. I understand that this is a family business and the third generation and their integrity. Their honor and standing in the community speaks very well in addition to their longevity and the service provided to that community. Without hesitation, I can recommend Wilson motor company as you search for your next vehicle. Have a blessed day .

This place was no help I took my jeep there to get its lifters replaced and they had my jeep for 1.5 months to tell me that they can't find what was wrong with and because of this dealership I have now had to wait 3 months for my jeep not only did they keep my jeep for that long but they wouldn't communicate with me about my jeep they would put me on hold for hours waiting for the service manager and then when I would call back asking about for the service manager they would say they weren't sure where he was! I will not support nor recommend this dealership to anyone ever they suck at communicating. I would give 0 stars but google won't let me!

I want to give an incredible shout out to Wilson Motors Body Shop, specifically Chuck. I had a car repaired with Wilson Motors and they did an incredible job. The work completed looks beautiful and my brand new car once again looks brand new. But the real hero of this story is Chuck that works in the shop office. He went head to head with the insurance company for me and would not accept the lesser quality repair that the insurance wanted completed. Wilson Motors...you have a gem of an employee that goes above and beyond for your customers. If anyone needs body work done on your vehicle, Wilson Motors is the place to go!

My experience at Wilson Ford Motors was overall very positive! The original service person (he who shall not be named) gave me incorrect information and was not great about calling back. This person also no longer works there!
These staff members swooped in and immediately changed the experience from frustrating to reassuring. I felt heard, and loved that they were willing to explain things to me regarding the work on my car:
Courtney - answered my original call and helped me select what work I needed for me car. Incredibly informed, courteous, polite, and never made me feel like I was being annoying.
Terry - the service staff who took over the work being done on my car redid ALL the original research for what my car needed and was able to effectively communicate this with the parts department.
Parts department - searched the entire country to find the part my car needed (it was on perpetual back order). Ordered it and had it here in a week.
Mike - Service Manager accepted my call to chat when I was concerned about some communication. He was incredibly understanding and I think he's going to make some great improvements on customer service in the service department.
Thank you for fixing my newly paid off car and being approachable when I had concerns. Trustworthy spot.

I recently purchased a used car from these guys. Nery was so helpful picking me up when I didn’t have transportation and helping me pick the perfect car for my situation. We ended up getting a really low mileage Volvo in near perfect condition. Nery worked so hard to help make my deal happen. I couldn’t have done it without him. Everyone in the office is super helpful and professional. Definitely shop here first if buying a car in Corvallis.

This dealership is an absolute disaster. No one in the service department seems to know what they’re doing. They schedule appointments for weeks out but can’t even order the necessary parts for your vehicle. They don’t return calls as promised and appear confused at every turn. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

The absolute worst service department I’ve ever encountered. I called to schedule warranty work, and they set up an appointment for the following week. I arranged a ride, left work early, and waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be told they didn’t have a single part for my truck. I was assured I would receive a call the next day to bring the truck in, but I never got that call. When I followed up a week later, I was promised again that I would receive a call back that day, but I never did. The level of unprofessionalism is alarming, especially given that I’m expected to trust them with my valuable vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership again.
