Was traveling today May 22nd, and it started to rain. The wipers on my wife's car were on their last leg. So we stopped at the Cottage Grove Autozone so I could grab new ones. Buy wipers, employee's will install. But this was not offered nor were they seemingly willing. So I was going to do it myself. It was raining pretty steadily, and I was having difficulty with the clips. There was an employee, about to make a delivery or pickup of some parts, who saw me struggling and came right up and started helping. He was kind and really helped us get back on the road quickly. His name is Jorge. From my wife, children and myself, Thank you Jorge. You are a saint.

Went there too get a simple fuse stood by the checkout for about 15 20 min finally got help from a older gentleman came from outside people inside didn't help at all just talking another worker came up I misunderstood her saying can I help you I said oh no thanks I'm being helped now she said well I was talking too another customer any way just rude I wouldn't recommend this place for any parts or good service

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted and assisted there was no waiting it was wonderful they gave me the correct parts for a great price personnel there was very cordial Great place to go if you need any auto parts or any auto accessories
