Not only did Jerry smoothly guide me through the essentials, sans jargon & upselling pressures, but he also presented details & suggestions for a very reasonable & clear game plan for me to follow. Namely, he steered me through the loan promotion that Peak was doing for auto loans. I was approved within that very session, which was painless & surprisingly quick! The steps of crossing the T's & dotting the I's the following day, was the only tedious part: I had to take a confirmation phone call from a corporate person, then stop by a branch to sign other documents, and then complete even further e-documents via email. (Please note, these next-day steps were an unavoidable part of the corporate process, and therefore out of Jerry's hands). I do wish all those addition steps could have been handled all in the original session the first day, for convenience, but otherwise I'm thrilled with the results! I now have a lower APR on my auto loan & a lower monthly payment! Jerry's expertise & guidance had me prepared for all the necessary steps. He even went above & beyond, getting me approved for a boost in my Peak credit card limit, a bonus I'd not expected from my session with him--yet another step to improving my credit score! This shows me that Jerry is someone who is truly looking out for his members' best interests & will go the extra mile for them. I'm excited to request him for any of my future needs through Peak!”
