“When we got to Cottage Grove we were a little ragged. We had already paid for a hotel, after flying into Eugene, and when we got there, the hotel was not what was represented and they were overbooked. It took us an hour to find Best Western and when we got here, Robert made an immediate impact on our stay! He gladly helped with rooms for five people, had to check if he had a rolling cot and an extra fan. He came through on both fronts. He was very helpful and efficient! If we come back to the area we will certainly be back to this hotel. It is unusual to find great service like Robert delivered! We are grateful for our experience with him! Thank you, Robert! “The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room and washroom were clean and all the appliances were easy to operate. The location was close to a few fast few restaurants, for example Taco Bell and Dairy Queen, as well close to a gas station. We had no problems parking our motorcycle there and leaving it overnight.”
