I was very disappointed with the customer service. This was the first time I had been into this store. The part I needed was a basic headlight that was double what I had paid for 2 weeks prior (at another store) and the guy all but accused me of lying about the price and as I was outside trying to get the part loosened he stood inside and watched me until I drove off and shut the lights off and left. I will not be returning again.

Third strike and you’re out! I used to go to Napa in Salem because those were the guys that could always find and get my parts. This is the third try at this store for fairly basic parts for my pickup. The guy punched in the Ford part number I had, it didn’t cross in his computer, so he just says “sorry, we don’t have it”. I’m done waiting my time stopping here.

Do you not come here they will scam you! They do not warranty their products or return with receipts!I bought items from the Napa this morning with a receipt in hand and they refuse to return even the receipt says returns with receipt.
