“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience renting my new storage unit. Connie is amazing and briefly but efficiently went over all the details with me. Hours, locks, signatures and initials - done! She drove with me to my unit to help me find it, opened it checked it out and put my lock on. Mostly what I want to say is don't hesitate to get on the waiting list. She will call when a unit opens up. She didn't forget me & I was so grateful!”
“I don't rent from this place, I drove my friend to their storage. Seemed very clean and there is management/ owner on site . Needed access code to get in and to get out. If I lived in Cottage Grove area, I would definitely consider this business if I needed a storage!”
“I have been a customer of this facility for many years now. I love it. The on site manager is on top of everything. He keeps it clean and I've never had any issues with my unit. You may not be able to pay the bill online but you can call him and pay it by phone. Which, in my opinion , is so much better.
