“I've had a bad experiences at fastmart with some of the hired staff. But the family that owns it are awesome! and are always kind and make you feel welcome. I've had 100 positive experiences and only 1 that was bad. And it was hardly the stores fault. By far the best place to get a cold beer and a pack of smokes.”
“I would have given it 5 stars but my recent experience wasn't very pleasant. Being fairly new to the area I didn't know it existed until I was riding by on my bike. I vape and wasn't too happy with the selection at the other smoke shop for vape juice. So I decided to go in and found the shop actually had to juice that I got in Eugene but I really like. I was happy and I have been going in and getting my vape juice for four or five times now.
The staff have always been very helpful and very nice and the manager was always nice and polite and told me to tell everybody about the shop which I did. I went in the other night to get my juice in the employee was pushing buttons on the register and it kept popping up with different prices and after getting frustrated she just rang up a price under 420 supplies or something to that effect which was $4 more than what I normally pay.
The next day I called and asked the manager why it was $4 more expensive . She was able to pull up the receipt and could see it. She told me she would call the owner and then call me back. Which she did and I was told that they were going to refund that $4 but then added that's all we can do. As if I was expecting anything else or expecting to get something for free. That didn't sit well with me and still doesn't. Is this how you treat your new customers? Acting like somebody's trying to get something from you for free? No ma'am, all I expected was for you to do the right thing and give me the money back that you overcharged me to begin with.
Then I go in to get the refund and was told that they couldn't do it because they didn't know how and that I would have to come in when the manager was there or I needed to call. I explained to the cashier but I had already called and I was told to just come in and get it and wasn't given a specific time. She still refused and told me that I needed to call the manager. Well at that point I insisted that she call her manager and she did and the manager told her that we had already talked about it and told her what to do in order to refund the money.
With that being said if it wasn't for the fact that the shop is super convenient and close by I would stop going there and continue going to Eugene or Springfield. And with the attitude in this town I think moving here was a bad choice. Most of the businesses that I've been in I've experienced poor customer service and rudeness.”
