Excellent US Bank branch in CottageGrove.Always efficient, fast, and friendly service with a smile.Jami, at this branch, is such a gem to work with for all banking needs; whether it's checking, savings, credit, CDs, or other.I've been with US Bank since 1995 and this is one of their better branches in my opinion.

Very inconsistent with hours and services. They (staff) don't wear masks in the lobby though make you wear one. Lots of gossip and chatting between staff while with customers. Very unprofessional and the worst branch in the area. Would rather drive 20+ miles into Eugene than deal with this place.

Found the bank aquiet professional place. Helpful if you Ask for it. ! Made the move from nwcu and so glad I did!! ✅ Previous bank was ripping me off with there overdraft coverage! Yeah, it's a nice feature to have, but if you don't have the money ?? in the account, you can do without!? But the scam behind over draft, is if you got a $1.96 in your account, nwcu doesn't tell you that!? They go ahead and allows you to charge it, only to charge one $28 to $32.00 dollars for thier6 profit of you being overdrawnThis U. S. Bank was up front and honest about it, I suggest all give U. S. Bank a chance or a try, you won't be ripped off of $32 over draft charge.

Unbelievable the hours keep changing. Now only open three days a week for approximately 5 hours on those days. We have been customers for over 45 years and plan to close our account and move all of our business to the local credit union. US bank is attempting to force everyone to go to on line banking and then reduce the work hours of the local folks who work there. Do not open an account at this bank. Very sad, the people who work there are very nice, it is the bank that is substandard. This bank has taken advantage of a difficult situation caused by the pandemic.

Nothing like making it impossible to pay on a credit card! They closed out my checking accounts, so when I tried to make a payment on my credit card the lady said they can't take cash but can accept a debit card. Really, so you cancel my debit card than tell me that's the only way I can pay my bill for my credit card? I just want to pay it so I can close out all of my accounts, this is a terrible bank.

I hate the fact that they charge a fee for a person to cash my checks it's a convenient way to pay instead of cash. So I closed my accounts with them and went to a Credit Union! Only way to go

US Bank, and this branch in particular, has always been good to me. They are the only "big bank" that I enjoy being a member of, and I recommend them to anyone who usually prefers Credit Unions, but wants the convenience of being with a national bank (for traveling, for example). They are as good or better than all of the credit unions I have been a member of, which is really saying something!

Horrible service, and even if you have tier one credit and have been with them for years and maintain high balances, don't apply for even a small loan, they'll decline it. No loyalty.
