DO BETTER!! If it was possible to leave no stars I would do so. This Walgreens is unable to keep their staff so they are unexpectedly closed during their already limited hours. I tried for a week to get my prescription transferred back to Walgreens (from Walmart - I had to have it sent to Walmart the first time because Walgreens was closed). I did follow-up calls and made it very clear that I needed my prescription filled by Thursday (this left me with a little wiggle room if they messed things up). Thursday came and went and on Friday I called as soon as they "opened" - I was on hold for an hour and a half before I decided to just leave work and drive over there, where I saw a paper sign taped to the door stating the pharmacy was closed, WHAT!?!? The other Walgreens in Eugene/Springfield was unable to transfer my prescription to a different local pharmacy because after Walmart HAD transferred my prescription on WEDNESDAY, Walgreens in Cottage Grove had never entered it in the system. This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever encountered and they should not be allowed to call themselves a pharmacy. There are two other pharmacies in town that have plenty of staff - THIS IS A WALGREENS ISSUE!!!

Called at 558 to refill a prescription to pick up tomorrow, waited on hold for 15 minutes just to hang up and call back to find out they were closed!!! RUDE

I do not recommend this pharmacy. They close at random and take over a week to refill a prescription. If you call to talk to someone about your delayed prescription, do not choose the pharmacy option from the automated system. Though that seems like the correct choice, apparently it takes you to an endless queue that will never actually connect you to the pharmacy. You will sit on hold for hours, wasting your time.

DO NOT send any of your prescriptions to this "pharmacy". Apparently they cannot keep staff in house so days go by without any service. They just close the pharmacy for days! No apology, no alternative, no medicine for customers.

I've used this pharmacy for many years without problems. In the past few months they have become unreliable as to what their normal hours are and they are often, temporarily closed down completely. No explanation and no length of time given. Something is seriously wrong with this company. I do not recommend them for your pharmacy needs. I worry about the internal problems they are having compromising the safety of my prescriptions. I will be changing my pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They're always \\\"temporarily closed\\\" for days at a time without any advance notice to customers. And when they are open, I've had to wait in line for up to an hour. Time for me to change pharmacies. Not even worth 1 ☆.

Cottage Grove Pharmacy; If you go in there for a flu shot, you may come out with co-vid. They do not inform you that your appointment time is being shared by a big crowd of others. There is no enforcement of social distancing, and lack of upkeep sanitation in the area because of overbooking of limited staff. I was left waiting for an extended period in a very tiny area with people brushing by me to pick up other prescriptions, shop, etc, and that some of the people in the shared seating area are being tested for active covid infections. Even if you are vaxxed, remember that the number of breakthrough cases is staggering, and you might want to consider going to a less crowded or outdoor vax site top protect yourself! The pharmacist was angry that I left after waiting a half hour in these deplorable conditions, but I chose not to contract co-vid there.

Zero stars would be too gracious. I'm not mad that my RX wasn't ready I'm MAD BEING LIED TO. 4 times today I was told different things. I drove down there and low and behold my RX that was "out of stock" was miraculously there. I understand supply chain problems but DONT LIE TO ME.The pharmacist had attitude because they are short staffed. I get that but that does NOT give you the right to LIE

just got my second vaccine. Both trips were fine, staff was pleasant. They got me in and and on schedule. They were friendly and they had a worker call in, they still got me out in 5 minutes of apt. time . I would not hesitate to use them. ( I always use Roseburg and they have always been great as well. Always pleasant, on time. The vaccine was available at Cottage Grove, would not hesitate to use them. I think the ratings are based on 1 or 2 bad experiences. Liz got me in and out as I had another Dr Apt. in Springfield 40 minutes later. Thanks to her, we made it on time.

If I could give zero stars for professionalism I would. Staff sit in the lobby visiting 15 to 20 minutes after their lunch time ends, every day I've visited, even though, like today, there was a line of 7 people waiting for them to reopen. When visitors complained about the wait today, 45 minutes in the drive through with no movement, I heard a staff person lie directly to the customer and say the wait was due to covid testing going on that day... but I had been in the lobby area since 2pm and not a single person had been tested or was even there to be tested. Walgreens has always been the gold standard of pharmacies, but after four visits to this one in Cottage Grove, I feel confident saying I'll never return. I don't know that I've ever seen worse behaviors from people who were supposed to be professional. The drive through customer left the store cussing and screaming because of the way she was treated, and while I strongly disagree with her method of complaint, I completely agree with her sentiments.

The pharmacy is not as efficient as Walgreens I have used before moving here. There is one pharmacist there who even acts like he doesn't know what he is doing, he is nice but. The other non-pharmacy staff on a whole are not friendly or helpful. I finally had to drive to Eugene after trying to get a Walgreen's vitamin for months. It might be because this is a small pretty backward town, which I admit I am not use to; problem is you have just so many choices or you drive into Eugene.
