The cashier was friendly, fast,new exactly how to load my chime card,aswell as efficient and knowledgeable,she defenatlely has great customer service, which is hard to come by.

DO NOT SHIP A FEDEX PACKAGE HERE!!!!
I never had a problem until a couple days ago! I dropped of FedEx package the older lady scanned it and said it will go out today. So almost a week later the buyer was wondering why tracking never updated so I called FedEx the package got taken to USPS and they want postage fee to get it back. So the older lady had to of scanned the usps option on the FedEx label which you do not do. And some how it got taken to USPS. I should be paid the value of the package beens it is her fault. I will never ship a FedEx package here again and I recommend you don’t either unless you want to be out money. I’ll start using UPS. This is the Walgreens that need to close.

Love this Walgreens! I can’t say enough great things about this place, the staff are all AMAZING!!! I shop here often and there’s lots of great deals and good products, some of which I can’t find easily elsewhere. Shop and be kind to the workers there!

Yesterday my girlfriend was in Walgreens shopping and accidentally left her hoodie on the shopping cart... I came in here today and showed them my Bi-Mart card. When I asked them what they may have done with it they seem to have no idea. The gal I was speaking with said plainly it's not here it's not here I said yes don't you have a lost and found she said yes it's not here.. mind you without looking in lost and found to see if for in fact it was or was not there.. then they said maybe we put it back on the rack and I explained that it would long to her and it was not purchased here at that point they said once again oh it's not here it's not here she must not have left it here.. I tried again to explain the situation at which time I was treated very rudely and with three other employees standing around her did not attempt to help me whatsoever in any way.. I am not one to ever leave comments on anything ever but this was extremely bad customer service I myself have been in customer service for quite some time and I can't imagine treating someone so rudely.. I'm going I'm going to have to want something very bad before I come back to this store.. I mean really couldn't one of the employees just take a look and they lost and found or maybe asked someone that put the carts away if they've seen it but they were zero help and treated me like I was some sort of a rash they couldn't get rid of..

Consistently the worst walgreens iv been to. The pharmacy is constantly closed and constantly having problems. They've had the Pharmacy closed since the power outage. Its been over a week since then and they still haven't opened the pharmacy just completely denying everyone stuff they rely on. And now I have to go through a whole process of getting my prescription switched over to walmart... who's pharmacy was open DAY 1 once we got power back.If you live in cottage grove, switch to mccoys or walmart. This place is terrible.

I honestly don't know how they are still operating. The pharmacy is unreliable at best. The rest of the store is a ghost town. If you are going to be a part of this small town. Work like you have some sort of investment in the community... Pharmacist!

This pharmacy is the worst. They don't answer there phone and you can never speak to anybody. They don't care if you get your prescriptions. I was on hold 4 times today trying to get info on why they hadn't filled my prescription, I started trying toget the prescrption for a week and 1/2. It just kept saying in process on hold 20 minutes a piece with one caller in the que. I called the store and ask for the store manager and they gave me a girl named Breanna. She could of cared less and she should be fired. told me if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Then she hung up on me she should not have a job. Tomorrow I am going to go to corporate on line and conplain hope they shut down the Store altogether !!!

This is Ridiculous!! I waited on hold for 30 minutes, never reached a person and the computer kept saying there was three callers ahead of me... seriously, I don't buy it!! Stop putting customer service 2nd!!

They had my prescription for a week & didn't fill it. I called them a week after they'd received it to inquire on what was going on since I had not been contacted. They said they'll fill it now & it week be done in 30 mins. I got off work and rushed over because they close at 6pm. Went to drive through & there was a sign the drove thru was closed due to staffing issues. I hurry to go into the pharmacy & as soon as they saw me coming they closed the windows. It was 5:59. I tried to holler at them, that the drive thru was closed or else we would have been here a minute sooner. They completely ignored me and said nothing. I'm livid now. I would give them a -100 star rating if I could. Save yourself the trouble & do not us Walgreens pharmacy in Cottage Grove. They are absolutely the worst.

DO BETTER!! If it was possible to leave no stars I would do so. This Walgreens is unable to keep their staff so they are unexpectedly closed during their already limited hours. I tried for a week to get my prescription transferred back to Walgreens (from Walmart - I had to have it sent to Walmart the first time because Walgreens was closed). I did follow-up calls and made it very clear that I needed my prescription filled by Thursday (this left me with a little wiggle room if they messed things up). Thursday came and went and on Friday I called as soon as they "opened" - I was on hold for an hour and a half before I decided to just leave work and drive over there, where I saw a paper sign taped to the door stating the pharmacy was closed, WHAT!?!? The other Walgreens in Eugene/Springfield was unable to transfer my prescription to a different local pharmacy because after Walmart HAD transferred my prescription on WEDNESDAY, Walgreens in Cottage Grove had never entered it in the system. This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever encountered and they should not be allowed to call themselves a pharmacy. There are two other pharmacies in town that have plenty of staff - THIS IS A WALGREENS ISSUE!!!
