Very nice view in front of Odell Lake.
You can buy a campfire wood on site, and each unit has a free gas grill as well.
There is a laundry unit and shower units for campers.
But wi-fi was not available (almost no phone signal), and very noisy wooden floor and bed, no dishwasher.
Rooms: Two one bed rooms on the 1st floor, four beds on the 2nd floor, and one bathroom.

Great location was hiking the PCT stayed in campground one night and got a cabin for the 2nd night. My resupply package never came so I had to reroute it to youth camp. Send your box way early! Other campers and RV red were very friendly and our cabin neighbors generously gave me some smoked salmon from the lake to take with me on my next leg. Learned a lot about the landlocked salmon there. Nice place it is a heavy hiker destination in July- August.

Great fishing but the canins are run down and the showers if you camp never work.

Outstanding, pure and simple. Beautiful views, fishing and boat access, and super kid friendly and safe. Shelter Cove goes above and beyond to help their campers feel welcome and at home and are willing to provide assistance with their maintenance crew and staff with a kind and caring attitude. Didi, Josh, Penny, Alex, and Rich helped make our stay and emergency exit as smooth as possible. We will go out of our way to stay here again. Only drawback is limited water spouts for connection so bring an extra hose. No sewer hookup up but they have a mobile Honey Pot that comes by twice a week for 25 dollars a visit. They charge for showers but that is because they have heavy hiker traffic from the PCT. Maybe a card access for rvers? All of which are first world problems. Thank you so much for an incredible trip!

Great people. Beautiful surroundings. Fishing. I counted 28 boats in the water. 6 station fish cleaning hut. Cafe available for burgers and such. Yes, this is a great place.

2024 Not so good this year. No amenities that used to be included in the already highrices. Hook and Talon walk up food place. you can get food is all different, pizza is not the same but ok. . We always looked forward to eating there at least one day but we just found other places. The people were awesome except for a couple lol . It's still the best vacation. Just triple the price now. Just not as expected, so we adjusted our expectations. It's still the best week of fishing. The kitchen is stocked with everything I needed to cook fish and vegies on the stove. I will bring my own skillit again as the kitchen items are really worn-out., The bedding was super clean, and they had a washer and dryer in one unit and for a fee at the showers.

We had a winter stay at Shelter Cove! Absolutely beautiful place. The staff are all so very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Cabin H and it was such a beautifully rustic cabin. We really hope to come back!Rooms: The cabins are spacious, and have pots, pans, dishes and silverware!Food & drinks: They opened the Hook & Talon for a few hours to sell pizza! Absolutely delicious pizza.

If you are a PCT hiker, this is your resort! You are treated like royalty while the paying campers are neglected. Apparently, my last review wasn't posted which detailed why our stay was horrible. Let's just say, the hikers have taken over this facility with no respect for the guests staying here. Don't plan on dining on the deck because they use this area to congregate and management doesn't do anything about it. I've personally witnessed one hiker bathing nude in the lake as well, another smoking marijuana in the resort area and the list goes on, but this post may not make the approval of management so I am not going to go into more details.

Great destination for PCT hikers, and their care packages. Water very clear and chilly! No prepared food until 4pm that day. Fun games were left out to play :)
