This used to be a great store, but now ... Not so much,,, I went in there tonight to buy a fountain drink and I noticed that the grate on the soda machine had built up nasty soda and I popped the soda dispenser off and the inside had black mold in it. The attendant was just standing behind the counter on his phone. I hope people are this and don't buy fountain drinks.

Why not leave a sign or something if you close early there's nothing posted that it is closed till 10 there should be some understanding at least lock the door

I pumped my own fuel which I prefer. It was clean and quiet. Just like I like places to be.

The girl that works the night/early morning shift on Mondays and Tuesdays has the worst attitude and horrible customer service. This isn't just 1 time I have dealt with her I usually fuel up every Monday or Tuesday around 5am and she actually turns my mood upside down with how rude and nasty she is. You can tell she doesn not want to be there as she will stand inside the store and watch to see if you are going to pump your own gas (this is in the fuel isles where it is not self serve). I have complained to Brad already and I am unsure if he has spoken to her yet but I just dealt with her this morning 11.21.2023 @ 5:15am and same thing, stood in store for almost 2 min after we pulled up and then didn't say one word. Out of all the employees at this store I have only ever encountered 2 rude and incompetent employees with absolutely no customer service. I will continue to say something until this issue is resolved...

Got here at 945pm and was told that I had to wait to make any purchases until 10pm because of shift change. I've worked many retail jobs and service jobs and have never turned away customers because of shift change. The clerk stood outside smoking a cigarette for 10minutes. I decided to go to a different convince store because of this. What kind of place runs successfully this way?! Really? Hope the management knows what's going on here.

Customer service is fine, just concerned that customers are being told to leave at 930 for a “shift change” and they will sell again at 10:10. This doesn’t seem to me to be a company rule but an employee taking advantage of a system for their own conscience. I manage 2 stores and if I found out about this I would be letting people go, 40 minuets of no customers is lost money and bad rep.

Staff are rude and lazy. More than likely that's a refection of management. Also, fuel is cheaper at 76 and they don't make you walk into the store to when paying cash.
