“Took my car in on the appointed day and was told it would take four work days. I called on the fifth work day and was told it wouldn't be ready until the next week. They hadn't even started it yet. I did not get a rental car as I felt I could do without for a week but now we are talking 2 weeks. The job done was excellent.
