“On 7/24/2024, I collided with debris on the highway that damaged the bumper, the grill, punctured the radiator, and more requiring the replacement of many parts. I had an out-of-state car trip preplanned that could not be postponed. Over about 10 working days, the Springfield Auto Craft got all the parts in time to complete the repairs with three days to spare. Throughout, Ticia was sympathetic to my deadline and kept me informed on the status of the parts deliveries and how that impacted their estimate of the completion date. I got the feeling they wanted to come through for me.
Cosmetically, the entire front end looks brand new. I further got the car back washed and the interior completely cleaned! When I picked the car up, they also helped me reattach both license plates (that the insurer had removed). I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since and it's running great. I'm very grateful to Auto Craft for their service! They earned all five stars.

“Took my car in on the appointed day and was told it would take four work days. I called on the fifth work day and was told it wouldn't be ready until the next week. They hadn't even started it yet. I did not get a rental car as I felt I could do without for a week but now we are talking 2 weeks. The job done was excellent. Car was cleaned inside and out. 5 stars for a job well done less one star for lack of communication.”
“Very quick turnaround. Made appointment Tuesday, got in Wednesday morning, received car back by Wednesday afternoon. They asked if they should just fix it or call with a quote first, and I appreciated having the option. Fixed ignition coil and now car is running smoother than I ever remember it.
