“All-Pro was great to work with. My Lexus got hit pretty hard and these guys did a good job at putting it back together for us. Their initial estimate was the most complete of 5 body shops that I went to and was the only one to notate a small buckle that indicated some pretty significant underlying damage. I've worked closely with body shops for about 15 years and had noticed the same prior to collecting estimates and was pleased to see they caught it too. Their paint match was spot on, they understood my desires and worked with an insurance company that was being quite difficult at times to ensure OEM parts were used and my vehicle was repaired correctly. They gave me prompt updates along the way with photos, usually an hour or two before the insurance adjuster gave me updates on what was going on, which was greatly appreciated. No offense, I hope I don't see you guys again 😅, but if I find myself in a similar situation, I know where to go.”
