We’ve been coming here for our farm supplies, feed, and tools for the last 4 years but the last few times we have had horrible customer service in the drive up area. Today I stopped by for some feed and the associate Kim immediately scolded me for driving up without going inside to pay for my items first. I was unaware that was no longer allowed since this location has always had a point of sale system in the drive up area. It was just a terrible approach.
Its not a huge deal but customer service is everything when your prices are higher than the competitors and your only advantages in the area are proximity and great customer service.
We are just going to make the drive to Wilco in Springfield moving forward.

I recently visited this location and purchased a large item. The store employees were very friendly and helpful. They loaded the item into my truck for me as well. Thanks for the great experience!

I go to this store a lot . We have 3 dogs and buy all our dog food from here , give our dog baths , and also get some other stuff . It’s a great store staffed with some really nice and awesome and knowledgeable people !

Super rude employee named Jennifer who works in customer service. She was rude right off the bat. i bought a 4500$ mower two years ago. Still on warranty, battery had a factory default. She insisted if the battery was on warranty the battery should still work and insinuating i was lying about battery. They also don't honor the in-house warranty they promise with purchases of items such as sub pumps and lawn mowers.

I went in here terrible employees!! Similar experience to the lady who left review about not letting her buy certain things!! Fire these employees! Find better people! Accept I went September 18th! I had issue with TRUDY! TRUDY AND WHOEVER WAS MENTIONED IN THE OTHER PERSONS REIVEW NEED FIRED!!!

Went to the tractor store in creswell, looking Frontline .. 43dollars and some change .. took to register rang up 45 and some change.. I said it said 43 and some change the clerk ask another co worker for the price .. he swipe one time on his finger and magically said 45 and some change.. so I took my phone and took pictures of the price and it showed 43 and some change .. are these the employees you want working for your store
