They consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address and now they are just driving all day with the package, past my home and then send me a message that it is available for pick-up after they have closed.

Package Lost, No Accountability
I had a large PC case shipped to me that was marked by the Creswell post office as “Delivered – Picked Up at Postal Facility” on June 11th. The problem? I never picked it up. No one did. And there was no delivery attempt at my home either — my garage door was open all day, and nobody came by.
When I went to the post office, they casually admitted that sometimes packages get scanned as “delivered” just to clear them from their system, even if they haven’t actually been handed to the customer. That’s completely unethical.
What’s even more concerning is that they’re still using old scanners that don’t have GPS tracking, so there’s no accountability for where the scan actually happened. My package was likely scanned in the back, marked as picked up, and now it’s just... gone. and they offered no real answers — just told me it’s “lost” and to file a complaint. No apology. No effort to make it right.
If you value your deliveries, be extremely cautious using this post office. I’ve now having opened a formal investigation, if it doesnt come today. but this situation should never have happened in the first place

Laziest postal workers. Two days in a row marked my packages as undeliverable because no access to my door. I know that's not true because they marked it that way at 7am. And 9am the day before on a different package.
On average the postal worker doesn't get here until after noon. lazy lazy lazy.
They could have at least left a card for me to come pick it up. Not even that.

The postmaster listens and tries to address delivery issues plus does deliveries as they are short staffed. We do not receive all of our mail order deliveries and it is an ongoing issue. We share our house number with a house on Oregon Street and there are some issues with packages being delivered to the wrong house. Over all, there are issues, and I think the service is adequate even if inconvenient from time to time.

They said that they attempted to deliver a package at 7:26 a.m., they definitely did not since I was outside my house on multiple security cameras this morning and no one drove by or walked near the house other than myself. This is why the USPS is failed company that requires taxpayer money to stay afloat. Overpaid workers that don't actually do their jobs.

When they say they attempted delivery but in fact did not! Not sure who is lazy and says they attempted delivery and weren’t able to cause that a lie. Someone is ALWAYS home especially when packages are to arrive. Very frustrating especially when I was needing a package before a certain time. And just cause they didn’t feel like it, it wasn’t delivered!

Dropped off an important document (my passport) over 3 weeks ago, which it appears the post office has lost since no activity on the tracking since the day it was dropped. Impossible to get through to anyone or to get any help. They just lose packages and letters like they mean nothing. In no way are they completing the functions of the post office.

Never wrote a review before, but, oh man. Multiple times have they failed to deliver packages, in one way or another. Put in the parcel locker, great! But wrong key in the wrong mailbox so I can't get it.Damaged products in shipping, box says fragile clearly, yet dents and damages on all 6 sides. They aren't at fault for me never getting my money back on that $800 CPU, but they certainly created most of the problems.

Our mail and packages are delivered to our neighbors on a regular basis. Luckily they bring it to us. Either way, it's incredibly frustrating.

I tried calling the number to ask about my mail. And it sounds like someone picks up but no one talking. How am I suppose to get my questions answered? I live in roseburg now otherwise I'd just go there.

Literally the worst USPS service of all time. Criminally terrible. I can't put into words how insanely incompetent Creswell USPS has been for years now. Avoid whenever possible.
