This quite possibly was the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had getting a car fixed. The owner was there on a Sunday when we dropped off a dead car, then made the repairs a priority due to job needs when he didn’t have to. The owner called us right when he said he would and the repairs were done within a day. No up-selling or fear mongering to fix anything else. The staff was very kind and followed through. I will definitely go back and tell all my friends.

The new owner was fast, professional, honest, called me with an update right away and also did great work fixing the problem. Pricing was great too. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I've never had them work on any of my vehicles, but so far, they don't answer their phone, and they are a business that doesn't have voice-mail

I highly recommend authentic auto! They are so honest. Honest, respectful, reliable & went above and beyond to help get the information I needed. Researched to find me best solution for my Kia engine issue. Took time to find the best possible scenario. Kept in contact & called back when they said they would. I ended up not needing work done on one of my cars. They were honest about it. Didn’t try to charge me for something I didn’t need. The other car ended up being a large issue but w/hopeful outcome. One of which they spent so much time & energy researching for me, to find solutions. I will always take my cars to authentic automotive!

In the middle of a move, I purchased an older Ford truck to utilize on the property I bought. I typically do my own auto repairs, however due to a hectic moving schedule, I opted to take the truck to Authentic for an inspection, so I would have some peace of mind that the truck wouldn't fail me in the middle of the move. Authentic's service was absolutely amazing. The truck was given a clean bill of health (aside from a few minor things) and Authentic Automotive DID NOT try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. Pricing was great and the job was completed as quickly as the parts could be obtained. It is hard to find decent, honest, and dependable auto mechanics in this day and age. Authentic Automotive is all of those things. I absolutely will be giving him more of my business in the future! Two thumbs WAY UP!!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Came in to get a bearing Replaced and Samuel was very knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are affordable and he doesn't try to upsell you on bs like other shops would. I will definitely be back for any issues I have in the future
