Mediocre hotel with expensive price tag. No elevator or functional pool. Appears to be undergoing renovations as there were rolls of carpet in the hallways and parking lot. The spa pool was out of order. We got a king suite with a sofa couch. The sofa couch mattress was very thin and our 10 year old said the springs kept poking her. There were also no linens for the sofa bed in the room. She ended up just sleeping on the couch cushions. There were also m&ms and other trash around/under the sofa. The bathroom fan was very noisy. The toilet was very slow. The sink would back-up when washing your hands. We only got 2 towels. The stair hand rail had several nails sticking up that caught my hand once and scratched me pretty good. Not worth the expense(over $200 a night), stay elsewhere. Only redeeming quality was the nice breakfast staff and it was next door to Safeway. This hotel does not meet my expectation of a Best Western.

I booked a room through Super.com because it saved us $35 a night but when I called and said we would be a few days late and that we didn’t want to cancel our room, they did it anyway and I lost $700 because the desk clerk didn’t leave a note. Super.com doesn’t reimburse because the hotel made the decision. So, I lost $700 because of the lack of communication at the front desk😡

On Saturday July 27th I reserved a room at 10:30 pm. When we got there at 11:45 pm to check in, the front door was already locked. Only suppose to be locked from 12am-6am. According to the nightshift employee coming on the 12 am shift, the previous employee left early without authorization. The night shift employee was very nice and got us checked in. However he did say the price we reserved it at was more than it should have been and he said he would only charge us $175. But I was charged $255. So that is irritating. The room was clean but the soap dispensers in the shower were all broken.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator, something a perons with a disability would want. No rooms on the first floor even when notified traveling with a service dog. After quite a bit of back and forth a room was found at a higher rate than booked on their website. When presented with the bill the rate was lower than the website rate. The frig was not cold and no shower get in the dispenser. I wouldn't recommend. I am a rewards member and service was subpar.
Noteworthy details: No elevator!

It wasn't as clean as we hoped it would have been. The hall carpet had stains, the windows needed washing, and the breakfasts were not as good as it used to be.

The service is great. The location works. It's the best inn in Dallas. That being said the rooms leave something to be desired. Kind of dirty and run down looking, cracked tiles in the bathroom, toilet hose leaking on the floor, bathroom door did not close or latch. The breakfast was ok but not exciting. Better than basic continental. They do something weird with their pillows. I did sleep well here though.

Staff was great but cleaners not. I don't know what this is but ended up in the hall way cause I couldn't sleep with it in my room. Supposed to discount me and didn't so that's on management. But staff was super helpful. Breakfast was eh
