I get my oil changed here and love how they go above and beyond the call of duty by washing my car and vacuuming the front floor boards. I love supporting our local Dallas businesses.

I left my car here from friday-wednesday and they told me it was the alternator, ended up replacing a cable to the battery instead, charged me $200 then when I drove my car away, it had the exact same problem. I called back, they didn't sound like they had a care in the world. Worst character and customer service I have received from any mechanics since I have been driving all 12 years. I'm pregnant and have a child, I don't understand how these men are getting away with robbing the community like that, but best believe they're getting reported and a letter from my lawyer. Thanks for NOTHING. Also, thanks for definitively going thru a backpack I kept in my trunk of old documents, not only did you NOT take care of my issue and lie to me, but you over stepped your boundaries that a regular person simply would not. You invaded my privacy, had no business in the trunk of my car and helped yourselves anyways. I look forward to what lies ahead from me in regards to your company :)

This dealership has been the absolute best. Their prices are fair and their inventory is pretty choice. The gentleman who helped me, Jerry, was soo nice and so genuine- I never once got that sleezy car salesman vibe here. I would recommend this dealership over and over again!!
