“The staff are always so kind and helpful! Even if it is in a smaller town, it always made me feel a little more special when I’d walk in and be greeted by name because they remembered me (it helps when you go in every other week or so but I digress). It was always nice to walk up to the counter and have your teller know why you’re there. I miss that this branch was my home branch, but I still pop in if I happen to be in town and have to do something at the bank.”
